I get what u mean but he was probably gonna need to do a part 3 anyways from what i seen once a Rpgm game with animated scenes gets close to over 5gb of data frame rates start acting up even more so then usual. and also a lot bugs from the constant updates start happening and that takes time to fix and almost everyone doesnt want wait for that. plus there might be other games he wants to do or redo.
It's part of the bug fixes as it's already in the game. This includes things that are missing that normally aren't missing.
Some things aren't fully translated, and a bunch of statuses don't update. The recollection room doesn't have everyone's scenes in it, so the only way to re-watch a bunch of them is to make a save before it happens in-game. They're not bug fixes, but you can generally assume they'll get put back in since Fujino had to rush out the previous update before February ended.
