Reading though this thread, it looks like all the good scenes happen AFTER 7/2 when I stopped playing...
I kind of want to see, but I also don't want to engage with this story anymore :HideThePain:

I wouldnt have the patience to not play the game on release. I always say to myself, "this release added just a few boring scenes, I will wait a few months to get more scenes" (0.75 I completely skipped cuz I hate anal scenes) but then when fujino announce the release date I stop sleeping ^^

I don't see how there would be multiple endings to the game, I haven't fully played last update but so far it felt pretty linear? The only things outside of the "linear" story only impact some scenes but never the outcome anyway, it's just a matter of seeing or not some extra scenes, so how would multiple endings even work out
Though it's just wishful thinking I do hope we get the bad ending where kirito keeps being the cuck he is and a "good" ending where he finds out and goes bonker on inoda, just for the satisfaction of beating him up

Uh, no, Liz was very blatantly unsatisfied in the last one, she immediately started all but masturbating watching Inoda go at it with Asuna after using Kirito's body like a puppet, then went to get some monster dick because it hadn't satisfied her at all XD As for Alice, LMAO, dude you're a bit crazy there if you interpreted that scene as ANYTHING but Alice being disappointed, this happens specifically only after Alice had been having sex with Kirito for a bit and he cums earlier than she expected, she was clearly upset that he didn't last long at all, there is basically no other way to interpret that because that reaction was clearly written to happen as a response to accepting having sex with her still XP
Was Liz masturbating in that scene? She just commented on how Inoda knew how to handle a girl. And then said he would try the AI masseur because she needed to relax too. She just went on to a regular massage, I don't think there were any sex functions there.
As for Alice, I rewatched the dialogue from that scene, and it was even simpler. When Alice asks if he wants to insert it, Kirito replies - "What? No, I'm almost cumming." And then Alice's reaction is "sigh." But up until that moment, it doesn't seem like she was unhappy. So both options are correct here - she was upset because Kirito refused her and because he came quickly.

If there will be multiple endings, I think it will be like in Henteria Chronicles. You play the whole linear game but at the end you can decide which ending you wanna see.

No, it's actually simpler/more boring and the entire reason Fujino refused to split the game onto Part 3 even after reaching the 'issue' that made him do Part 2 in the first place (Aka the game getting too big)...is the "Prurience" bar at the top XD Basically, if you fully corrupt Kirito, you get one ending, and if you don't you get the other, that's basically gonna be it, it's the ONLY reason why that bar exists at all. Though hilariously, this means that under normal circumstances nobody would really see one ending because choosing the 'boring' options is the only way to not raise the bar, which means you even willingly not see some of the content of the game...so yeah, Fujino didn't think that through :3

I'll be honest it's amusing seeing people want Kirito to "win"
Mainly because in this situation he basically loses his canonical main love interest and instead is very likely to hook up with a better girl anyways (from what i've read most people feel this way) . I wouldn't precisely call that losing. Well not like most NTR protags at least.

Unless Fujino plays the biggest UNO reverse card ever and somehow suguha and sinon fall to some weird corpo/hebishima ass pull (is this is even possible now?) in the next 4 updates..

Ending is gonna feel rushed regardless because of the time spent in game compared to reality.

No way Kirito finishes with anyone tho, Suguha would be the most obvious but I don't think she would be fully commited with the other dude (i keep forgetting his name). Pretty sure it could go the blackmailing route or any stupid reasons to have her not be with Kirito at the end

No one can tell for sure but I can't see Kirito ending up with anyone

The problem is not not being able to see Kirito with someone, the problem is not wanting to see Kirito with someone

I highly doubt "the other dude" will be any concern for Suguha. Hebishima is more... preoccupied in longer and harder issues nowadays. At least they seem to be enjoying themselves lol

Well, technically, Fujino never explicitly confirmed anything about Kirito’s corruption meter, did he? The only somewhat "confirmed" endings are the ones he mentioned a long time ago, but since then, he’s changed the story multiple times. So, in reality, all we have is a logical assumption: if the corruption meter isn’t full, we get the "knows nothing" ending, and if it is full, we get the "cuck" ending. But that’s still a weird conclusion for this mechanic, tbh, since the meter mostly represents Kirito’s willingness to cheat himself. o_O

I mean, the bar thing was stupid from the beginning but still has been clearly Fujino's obsession he's unwilling to compromise on, heck, it's the ONLY thing that has stopped him from doing the smart thing and splitting the game further into a part 3, because he added it and starting a new game/part would mean resetting it and making all the decisions even more unnecessary and pointless than they already are XD

there’s a chance it could happen tho, but only if both patreon and ci-en fans team up and tell fujino sensei they want part 3 instead of him working on another game. it’s because of them that he rushed asuna’s irl scenes and threw in this kirito x suguha x sinon plot xD

I'm not so sure people actually want this. The story has reached a point where there isn’t enough content to justify an entirely new game, and the character arcs are clearly moving toward their conclusions. The question is: should he really turn it into a never-ending soap opera?

Also, something people tend to forget—it's an SAO parody. While the ending should definitely have an IRL resolution, the core of the series is built around the VR world. Completely removing VR involvement from the narrative wouldn’t make any sense. And so far, Fujino seems to be gradually shifting the focus toward IRL for the main couple while still keeping VR relevant through the council storyline and some side characters.

Personally, I think he should just add as much content as possible until version 1.0, and if needed, take a two-month release cycle to flesh out some events and finally bring this all to an end already.
:sneaky:

We don’t need a part 3, but we do still need a lot more content. My wish would be to get 10-12 more updates. That would be enough time to wrap everything up and get a good amount of irl scenes, because once the irl scene happens, we should be getting multiple irl scenes per update after that

I think it's simple.
There will definitely not be a third part, as well as more content. Most likely there will be a 4-5 update and that's it.
Because I think Fujino is tired of SAO and wants to make another game, like Fate.
But this doesn't mean that SAO is over, most likely there will be a bonus game on New Year', where there will be a short story of SAO and that's it. Like Kirito and Asuna celebrate the New Year, and there's NTR-time!!!!
That is, Fujino wants to finish the game as quickly as possible, so that he can make another one. But no one refused bonuses.
