If anyone's doing a replay, can you look out for when Kirito's size first started changing, and what could be a subtle reason for it that we may have missed?
As is, we have two theories; firstly, that it's just inconsistency in the models by Fujino, but that should be easy to stay on top of, even if you do have to use different cards for whatever reason. You can modify the genital size for any card you need to use. This implies it's intentional. The second theory is that he actually has experienced a size increase. And if he has, then why? We know at least one instance was caused by drugs, and while he's not been depicted as very large since that event, that was certainly a turning point for him being considered at least average and for a lot of the more 'normal looking' screenshots after that event. So the drug evidently did have some persistent size increase effect.
Alternatively we say 'Administrator did it', but how could the Administrator possibly effect/change events/bodies in the 'real world'? Isn't she trapped in the digital realm? Though her presence in Kirito's dream world strongly implies the 'real world' is just another layer to the simulation. Otherwise the Administrator is a 'real God' in their world, in the way that people in real life perceive Gods as real and powerful entities. But if the 'real world' of Kirito and Asuna is real, and Administrator is already a God living in that world, then Administrator didn't need to fuck with them at all as she's already a powerful God that can turn the world into one that worships her. Or whatever her goal was.
Yeah, I think I'm deep down the hole that this is just an alternate version of the Alicization project and none of the game world is 'real'

Those in fiction are meant to sex objects not actual warriors. Real Amazon for example would cut off one of their breasts so they can aim their bow better. But hentai is meant for pleasure so dick size and breast size are points of pride for men and women respectively. Women in particular you can judge physical strength by their breast size in fiction.
