Is part 2 (I haven't played it) heading towards a possible Kirito happy ending? I rather have Kirito not getting action at all. I think you can ignore most of the girls, but there are still a few exceptions, I believe. But it will probably be an very boring playthrough since you would miss a lot of scenes and basically just reading walls of text most of the time.

I get it, you're not wrong but this game have a serious problem with canon plotline vs parody plotline, and with their respective fans so Fujino keep tryng to please everyone with all sorts of conviniences.
happy ending or bad ending for Kirito has been a long headache for Fujino that's why it will be up to the player choices, Fujino went "you know what fuck it here choose whatever you like" .

I said that many pages ago, the remaining NTR element in this plot is the misplaced Love that Kirito have for Asuna, even if he end up with Sugu for instance the cheating the defeat wil linger in his mind, and even Sugu will not be able to make him forget.

I’ll say this: Part 2 is very different from Part 1. All the characters changed drastically — some for the better, some for the worse. In my opinion, it has a lot of issues, but somehow most people still find appealing characters that keep them engaged. But as a whole, it's a mess tbh
