So it's not clear at all where Asuna Sinon is in the relationship, WERE they best friends and what is meant by that, are they best friends NOW? Maybe Sinon does it just to get hold of Kirito and so on, as for their relationship branch, nothing is clear at all)

2) About giving birth in 2 weeks, I meant in real life I doubt that Sinion can help here, well, only if She hit Asuna in the stomach. So I think you're talking about FOG, is this your assumption based on the fact that the council owns all sorts of cheat things, or was it directly mentioned in the game?

Kirito's memory is somehow erased when leaving Inoda's blog in the real world. The Hebeshime somehow changed its gender in 1 day, and made it into a full-fledged woman, apparently. The presence of such fantastic things may well allow Asuna to suddenly give birth in two weeks in the real world, if necessary for the plot. There are so many assumption in the game that if you add another 1 or 2, no one will notice.

Don’t take it too seriously, but then again, a lot of things happen behind the scenes. Like the friendship between Sinon and Asuna: we don’t really see it, but they both talk about it, and even Kirito mentioned it a few times. So even if it’s not shown, we kind of have to accept that it exists.

As for the pregnancy in two weeks — I was talking about real life, not FOG. We know Sinon has access to advanced technology, which we actually saw when Hebishima was changed from male to female in basically a single day. Two weeks was just an example — it could just as well take a few days. Like I said, I wasn’t being entirely serious, but even so, it’s not impossible to imagine.

Well, something like that is quite possible if Fujino wants to avoid an inappropriate timeskip for 9 months. It can be assumed that this will be done to further bring Kirito to emotions, that are useful for the Administrator. As far as I understand, this is the goal - in order to remove the SEED from Kirito's head, you need to destabilize his mental state. If, of course, this storyline is still relevant.
