Yes people have complained. The censorship is because the game was leaked from Ci-en where it has to be censored. If the game was leaked from Patreon then it would have been uncensored.

And no, it wouldn't make sense becasue, 1, she stopped being a 'prostitute' as far as the story goes, and 2, she literally cherry-picked her clients and never allowed sex, the only exceptions being Hebishima at first and later even only when she had something to gain (Like the broken OP stuff she got from Silica's dad from the council). Either it's Fujino's laziness, or it's really a plot idea, we'll be able to find out in the future, because when Suguha gives Kirito a blowjob, she won't have time to talk. And we will see the length of the scene.
