Originally 0.83 wasn't even planned, 0.85 was originally planned to be the May update.
But 0.85 was already late and is a fairly big and important update according to Fujino, so he delayed it to end of June to have more time to get it right, and gave us the "small" 0.83 now.
So no double release, 0.83 was the "mini" update to keep us entertained and the regular May update is now a late June update, basically.

Not sure how your question is relevant to me asking if the game will change in some way. I thought it was pretty obvious what I meant.
There are always other games I can play ofc but since this game is so popular and praised I want to know if it's worth it to keep playing since I didn't get far and there are two parts.

I love slow corruption. I just dislike how fem gave in so easily to bull giving him sexual favors out of pity. I know ntr is often not believable but I can't take this seriously enough to feel the impact of h-parts.
