Pretty much, yeah, while I have no interest in Naruto as it has endless H-content of all kinds, DxD has tons of potential for lots of scenarios with its magic and other countless BS mechanics all around XP

I think Dress-up Darling has a lot of potential, for a shorter game, where we explore different cosplays and scenarios. 5-6 updates worth of content could be used on just that content and I think it would be perfectly paced.
Stretched over 40 hours of content like SAO was? Not so much.
The only reason I would vote for Dress-up Darling is because I wouldn't want Rent A girlfriend to win.

But the main problem is that most lack depth for an ntr story. They basically have no romantic storyline with one another, since it's a shounen show about good boys beating bad boys.

First of all, the easiest solution is that to hurt Naruto the most you would need to cuck the person he loves the most.
Sasuke.

Now, leaving aside that for a moment, I do agree with you that the romance between Naruto and Hinata is quite weak. With it being a one-sided ordeal for 700 chapters more or less.

That being said, there are a few other relationships that could be exploited for the sake of Netorare. Sakura-Sasuke while not exactly properly developed, is a lot more focused on in the manga itself, with Sakura's feelings being a big chunk of her motivations since day one of the manga.

Tsunade, as a sort of widow 2 times, and a sort of grandmother for Naruto could also be used for a fun type of NTR. This could be debated since some people don't consider widows to be NTRable, but I think they can be if one writes it from that angle.

And finally, while Hinata and her romance with Naruto is not all that explored, Fujino could always go for the Mom-NTR angle where we play as Boruto. I feel like this type of NTR is easier to developed without a proper established relationship. Mostly due to how universal a mom-son relationship is.

There is also Sarada who people totally ship with Boruto, while also fetish shipping her with Naruto, so that can be a fun addition.

So, to summarize, I think that a dual protagonist game with Boruto and Naruto being cucked in different ways would be pretty fun.

Mushoku tensei was actually a very good option but it's clear that people lack a certain anime culture and also as far as I know there aren't any H games of theirs so it would have been the first, but people will opt for the easiest generic and boring NARUTO and just in case Boruto doesn't exist it's a bad dream.

The problem with Mushoku Tensei is that there is no one really likeable in the whole series, except perhaps the loli Mage teacher who is cool. It's not the same feeling to play a NTR game while the protagonist is annoying but at the same type pitiable like Kirito, to one where you just fucking the protagonist like Rudeus.

I noticed that some people are starting to watch for the first time, for example, the Naruto anime in 2020. The Naruto Shippuden anime ended in 2017, and the manga in 2015. I watched some anime for the first time that was broadcast in the 90s. For example, in 2019 I watched the K-ON anime for the first time, which came out in 2009-2010. In 2018, I started watching One Piece, the first episode of which came out in 1999. There are people who like to watch old anime. I have been watching anime for 18 years, first I watched anime with Polish dubbing, and then in 2014 I only started watching with Polish subtitles. Recently I have watched a lot of anime that came out since 2000, of course I also watched Bleach

I don't know how Naruto could be boring. Naruto has alot of characters to do scenes, has ninjutsu system to play with Fujino's imagination. While My Dress Up Darling has a limited amount of characters and the setting doesn't suit to Fujino's style. Like why do you think Fujino has abandoned Scathach. It's becuase he got limited by the setting he started with and that end up with a very bland NTR experience.

Can you not imagine what would happen if Naruto and Sasuke out in a mission protecting their village. While the real enemy is slowly currupting their wives behind their backs. Enmey using shadow clones, using Choji expansion jutsu, Uchiha's preserved sharingans, heck even the Hyuga's palm techniques. The possibilities are endless.

You mean actual censorship or why some scenes are perpetually hidden behind shadows/a window/etc? If it's the latter, that's literally just how the game goes, a lot of minor scenes just don't have the PoV of what's happening on the other side.
