It seems to me that Inoda is not a very worthy character to be mentioned in other games. You forget that everything that Inoda has achieved is due to incomprehensible divine luck and the help of the Administrator (perhaps luck is also given by the Administrator). Even a big dick and endless stamina doesn't make a man great.(Inoda needed to go to sports, where his stamina would be useful.

Especially in Part 2, most of the things that worked in his favor were the result of highly favorable circumstances — not his own planning or manipulation.
