Well if you read the Affection description for Kirito and Inoda after the memory rewrite it is not Asuna has completely become Inoda's lover. It says she was only with Kirito out of duty but later really did fall in love with him. She was close to Inoda in Aincard but after the game was clear she tried to forget him to be with Kirito but once they were "reunited" feelings came back. So basically the rewrote memories turned Inoda into Asuna's old lover that comes back and reminds her what real sex is like type of NTR story!

as I already wrote, it's even funny to build theories about a real person just because of a fan parody of a game.
Considering that he never writes well, but WRITES ABOUT IT HIMSELF, that he simply doesn't know how to finish the game and just takes the simplest options, that he didn't plan for the game to be so long, didn't plan for the 2nd part, that moving to Japan had an impact, and he probably needed a stable income,

Asuna's mind was messed up during sex, so you can't take everything she said literally—like claiming she 'loved Inoda the most.' You could say the sex temporarily boosted her affection points for Inoda by 100 or 200.
The memory edits targeted key moments from the SAO era. Any resulting contradictions were auto-filled by Asuna's brain to make sense. The memory fragments are just modified SAO-era memories—nothing beyond that.
After SAO ended, the real Asuna had no real history with Inoda, and those memories weren’t altered. Now, he’s more like an ex-boyfriend in her mind. And she rationalized it as them 'keeping their distance at first after returning to the real world, then reconnecting later.
Her feelings for Kirito were tweaked too: early in SAO, she only felt gratitude, but it later grew into real love. His affection points dropped but is still around 800—so Inoda still ranks lower than Kirito in her heart.
Bottom line: This memory hack just raised Asuna's max affection points cap for Inoda.
