I understand your resentment about the school issue. But DxD is also about school and has a great cast of female protagonists. And Naruto has a huge cast. Think of how hard it would be for an author to please everyone. If he manages to piss off fans even in SAO. And on top of that, he'll need a lot more time for the big universe games, or again someone will be unhappy that they didn't add their favourite girl. And Fujino is already working a regular job in parallel with game development. It's all going to be a nightmare.
Although I myself would love to see DxD and a little less Naruto, but you have to be realistic.

As for the next game, I'm fine with more Asuna NTR. I don't know why, maybe because I didn't like Kirito in the anime, but I enjoy that.

On the other hand, if we're talking hoped-for NTR games based on anime... DxD yeah, but only if you stick to one or two of the girls. That way you can go in depth on their fall and get lots of scenes. On the other hand, what about something old school? Sailor Moon, maybe or Love Hina? I would be against any game set mostly in a school unless you get away from that setting quickly.

Well, personally, I think he should do the Marin game, too. There's not a lot of female casts there, and while Fujino would be better off practicing on something simpler than making a game on some huge Naruto and constantly upsetting people that some of their favourite character didn't get enough scenes.

Well the primary conflict within the council is between Sinnon (Blue Car) and Agil (Black Wolf) against Purple Fox (I keep forgetting his name), both of whom opposed Fox's plans directly during council meetings and indirectly through their shared ally Suguha. Then, after the trap at the Strip Club failed due to Kirito suddenly getting teleported out. Fox is certain that Sinnon is now taking a more active role against him. So it stands to reason he will start actively working to get rid of her, Agil, and by extension Suguha, before they mess with anymore of his plans.

There's a big difference between Asuna and Suguha.

Asuna knew Inoda was a manipulative asshole, so what did she do? Nothing, she continued to hang out with him. Suguha, however, knew Hebishma's intentions and decided to get rid of him.
