This last report left one thing clear, wasn't only because his job the reason for the delay, since he said "I went back and forth revising some of the story a few times" which means he is probably trying to avoid plot holes, didn't liked the script for this updade or he is changing something in the general story, that's why he's having problems with the CG because it wouldn't fit with his corrections/changes.

Well it's expected since this update has to close the Quarantine/Hotel arc and introduce the last arc for the plot, The Return, Fujino knows that, this transition has to make sense, and there's several plot holes to cover and some plot devices to be used or not.
He also could be using the survey as inspiration to add or remove some elements from the plot, because if he is going to do that now is the time.

On the topic of what kind of Antag should be used for NTR games:

I think the main reason why people like ones in which the Antag has obvious shortcomings (fat, smells, ugly, or in extreme cases shota or a family member) is because it means they have to put more work into seducing any of the female interests. They don't have the natural advantages someone that's good looking, muscular and charismatic would have so they have to put in a lot more effort and use more manipulation and trickery then an otherwise conventionally attractive and silver tongued antagonist would.

This is also why (in my opinion) ones in which that character get something like hypnosis, the ability to manipulate feelings or erase memories, etc can be boring when not done right because then it just gets rid of those flaws that make it interesting in how the antag would go about achieving the goal of seducing the female interests.

So for this game specifically in that Inoda is unattractive, weak and his only advantage is invisibility of varying degrees means he had to be more tricky and secretive which is what makes it hotter and more interesting, and also why the mind wipe and change of perception is something that many don't like because it means all that work he had done to reach this state just had no point since he could've just had it all from the start.

Dry demon hunter p1 and p2 if you haven't played yet it's not by fujino but still some how similar scripts, the game mechanics and all ofcourse SAO is unbeatable but Demon hunter is next to SAO

Not exact same but Nebel Geisterjäger ~ The First Lamb is decent.

But from the info on discord they are set to update it on october i guess DH and SAO are two of the best games out there and yeah any games like this two that you know like rpg with 3dcg if you know any suggest me
