In last Monday's report, Fujino explicitly stated that he would answer some questions from the comments, and now he has done just that. The content he wrote this time consists entirely of answers to last week's fan questions.
And he shouldn't. He should focus entirely on the game. Not losing energy to answer next questions. Once you do that - fans will start expecting he will do it every two weeks... Then if it not enough - weekly? And then what - daily answers?
That is my point here. He can lose that energy later.

It is not much time away from game development. He does a weekly report anyway. So what if he looks through the questions from last week and writes the answers in the report. How much time it takes? Half an hour at most. Interacting with the fans causes stress but makes them more invested. If he wants to use this time to interact with his supporters, then good. Also the man shouldn't focus on game development anyway.

What do you guys think are the chances that Kirito discovers Asuna and Inoda at the next update like in the main menu scene?
Probably be like seeing only Rapist Inoda just from behind of the corner, CucKirito would be saying: "you and your cousin shouldn't be doing that in public! take her to your room Inoda!" Then turns back, goes to his room (obviously he still doesn't know it is Asuna-biatch)...

This is exemplary work and should be a book based on this game, named: "Cuckoldry unknown: for dummies!"

I tried but I can't judge, it happens too quickly, the game is still in development
I finished so quickly that I didn't understand what happened xD

Does anybody here enjoyed the RPG side of the game? If so, what part, the ability to explore the town with WASD instead of a menu like renpy's VN or the actual battles? (even thou they were so easy as spamming Enter)
Would you still like this game (or it would be better for you) if it were a classic renpy kinetic novel?
What's the motive for this game to become so popular? (1993 pages in un forum), the amount of content? the animations? the story? (even if only partially)

This game is not RPG, google what RPG genre is and what the core principles of it are. Zoomers today call everything RPG cause it makes the games look 100% deeper and cooler, like every trash gacha is RPG nowadays.

This game is popular because it's the popular IP and part one was really good.

it is a ROLE play game thou, you take the role of kirito. It also has elements of JRPG, at least it was more present at early stages of the game, where you were fighting in the VR world, using a turn based mechanic.
I'm a millennial, but I don't think one's age should matter for noticing genre elements of a game. And from my point of view, it seems like you are on who needs to google what rpg is ^^
Take it easy dude, it's an H game, you don't need to be so picky about genres.

On the popularity remarks, the IP may took a big part, but there are a few more games based on SAO and this is the one who got more popular (although the others didn't have so much content, that's why I'm asking)

Yui, 21 years old, calls a 19 year old woman "mother" 5555555555+
Yui, 21 years old, calls a 18? years old pig "Daddy"!
Those wouldn't even be their accurate ages, ironically, Asuna post-SAO is barely 17, even if we count all the time from this game in the Fujinoverse she shouldn't even be 18 yet XD And that "Yui is 21 years old" thing is gonna be such a titanic plot-hole in every single way that I will now forever imagine preschool age Kayaba waving a drawing of a stick-figure with long hair saying that he just invented his super-AI called Yui :p (Again, be reminded, Yui wouldn't even EXIST as a sentient being without SAO, so Fujino's 'excuse' just makes the lack of logic in the game worse XP)

In porn there are only 3 ages. Loli, young-ish and milf. Everything else is so niche that it doesn't count.

Of course this is a RPG. Although the term RPG is very broad. What games are you not playing a role? A Japanese RPG is an more precise.

What made this game stand out for me were
1. SAO got my attention.
2. The hot Fujino animations.
3. Battle scenes which I thought was pretty unique.
4. The fun situations a VR game world can provide. Like Kirito and Asuna in the game while Inoda is fucking Asuna IRL.
