Where does Kirito's alter ego come from you're wondering, well, ask Quinella, she's the one who gave the gift to Kirito. Personally I don't see anything stupid, better this way than seeing Kirito reduced to an amoeba. Fujino thought it was a good idea that if Kirito doesn't act, this game loses its meaning. I mean, if they give everything to Inoda and Kirito is reduced to nothing, it's like if they give you a gun but you have nothing to shoot at. Do we want a boring story where Kirito doesn't suspect anything? Well, that's just one of the paths, but he has to suspect, to create the second ending where he he knows he's a cuckold but he likes it
ehh i think kirito has been doing pretty well with fucking around with girls behind asuna's back. Why use the mind control? Suguha is literally right there to hype him up and make him more confident. I feel like fujino is using this as a crutch. Which i suppose is fine if he just wants to get the game done. But its so bland. No build up. Ignores kirito's growth. Shouldnt he utilize his actual supporting cast to bring about this change in kirito?

Meh. It's a shame that years of creation culminated into this but this IS fujino. So hopefully there will be a great finale that will make up for how we got there.

Strangely enough, for all the hypocritical things Asuna has done throughout the game, she still has such a thing as a "conscience." And the funny thing about it is that, according to statistics, this "conscience" is quite actively undermining Asuna's mental state. I wonder if this will affect the "altered memory", as well as the memory that her father erased?:WeSmart:

Fujino, despite the fact that he used rather cliched and simplified images for his characters, creates quite a lot of difficulties in their emotional background. Moreover, not always when it is necessary. :HideThePain:

In this update, to rehabilitate NTR a bit, Fujino could just create a joyful Asuna who joyfully greets Kirito, and a joyful but unsuccessful sex between Asuna and Kirito, and then Asuna joyfully goes to Inoda, for successful sex.:ROFLMAO: That would have been enough, but Fujino, at the very end of the game, began to overcomplicate the characters' images. Especially Asuna and Kirito.

And it feels like Fujino is writing Asuna's "statistics" even before he starts writing the update script. I can't explain the difference between what is written and what is happening in any other way.

As I wrote above, Asuna still has a conscience, but Asuna is not trying to fix the reasons, but just to get rid of this feeling. Not to calm the conscience, but simply to kill it.

Asuna is ready to do anything for Kirito in order to drown out the guilt in front of him, but only if it does not interfere with taking care of Inode. Asuna (Fujino) literally contradicts herself in the next paragraphs. Asuna, to get rid of her guilt, she just needs to get rid of Inoda. Do you see the contradictions? Asuna trapped herself (or Fujino trapped her). She cannot get rid of Inoda, and because of this, she cannot fully devote herself to Kirito's service.

As we saw in this update, despite having 875 relationship points, Asuna gives priority to Inoda. And after that, does anyone else believe in Asuna's stats?

( By the way, is there some kind of bug? Did Inoda's maximum increase to 999 in the last update? Or am I wrong? )
To be honest, I even want to write a response, but then I remember that all this is pointless and for a long time now Fujino has been simply doing whatever he wants, regardless of previous decisions (

well that was a super short update like even for his standars of short updates, like not even much plot progression but this is bound to happen from time to time

I know I'm prolly a minority, but with Chad-Kirito being a thing, I kinda wish the game would go a little further on as we now have a means to see the game go full circle. Kirito loses Asuna, then the Chad awakens and we start seeing things from her perspective instead(as we did in this update), seeing her lose more points in him as the other girls start moving in on Kirito, only for the Chad to steal her from Inoda. I don't really view the Chad personality as the same since Kirito seems to have memory issues, so it's basically a double layered NTR story.

N(TR)ception
meh, prolly a dumb idea.

Honestly I would like to see that. I do not like Inoda and seeing him lose her would be satisfying AF for me

This is a bit much. After all the cheating she's done in the relationship, Asuna is now demanding explanations
after being caught with Inoda. The only thing that makes sense to me about Asuna is that people who cheat tend to think the same thing will happen to them. The more time she spends with Inoda, the more brain damage Asuna shows, she must have lost at least 30 IQ points.

The problem with this game seems to stem from Kirito's inability to fulfill his role.
Because Kirito is so incompetent that he is practically being used as a camera substitute or a puppet, the game loses all tension and excitement, making it boring and uninteresting.
What makes NTR interesting is that it breaks up a loving relationship and takes it away in a way other than love.
But no matter how you look at it in the game, Kirito and Asuna don't seem to be in a romantic relationship. Rather, it seems like Inoda and Asuna are in love.
No matter how Fujino tries to prove their love with numbers, It never resonates and makes no sense.
I don't know if it's because he identifies with Inoda or because he hates Kirito, but another cause of the failure seems to be the appearance of the character he created. I want him to think about this and make the next game.
It's a real shame, because it's a game that clearly has its merits and could be better.

By the way, Asuna haters, and those who like to talk about what an unfaithful slut she is. You do know that going the Kirito route where he chases after every girl automatically makes him as unfaithful a bastard as Asuna, and maybe even worse, because Asuna cheats with Inoda, and Kirito cheats with multiple girls. Doesn't that make him as bad a person as Asuna?

We, the readers, of course know that Asuna cheats and for some people the same behaviour on Kirito's part may look like "revenge", but we should not forget one very important detail, Kirito being on any of the routes about Asuna's cheating does not know about Asuna's cheating, yes, he may have some anxiety, but it does not give him any concrete facts.
So he, thinking he's doing well with Asuna, does sexual things with other girls, and lots of them.

So what kind of revenge is that? It's just two equally awful people cheating on each other, thinking everything's fine.

So how is he better than Asuna's whore? Why? Why is Asuna's whore cheating with Inoda bad and cheating, but Kirito's "whore" screwing all of Asuna's friends and more is good? Stupidity? Double standards? Hypocrisy?

A person who feels guilty doesn't want to be left alone with this. The hypocritical Asuna, instead of thinking about how she could solve this problem, just tries to look for problems in everyone around her. If Asuna realizes that she's not the only one like that - a whore and a cheater, then she'll just feel better mentally. I think if Liz had told Asuna in that scene, "We just fucked Kirito and it was good," Asuna would have been relieved inside, not angry. "Ha, Kirito is also a cheater. So I don't need to feel so guilty!"

Although of course, you shouldn't think too much about it. Perhaps Fujino didn't even think about writing emotions and characters so deeply in this game.

So how is he better than Asuna's whore? Why? Why is Asuna's whore cheating with Inoda bad and cheating, but Kirito's "whore" screwing all of Asuna's friends and more is good? Stupidity? Double standards? Hypocrisy?
Well, it's probably something like a pressure compensation effect. The player will never blame Kirito, because Asuna started all this first and started destroying the relationship first, so what Kirito is doing looks like justice and karma to the player. But you're right, these are double standards, and perhaps that was Fujino's goal - to create the false impression that Asuna is a brainless whore, and Kirito is just taking noble revenge.

But to be honest, first of all, there is a choice in the game where Kirito won't cheat, unlike Asuna, who doesn't have that choice.
Secondly, Kirito has some kind of mess in his head and he's probably still sure that he's not cheating on Asuna, but just helping his friends. And Administrator in head and constant memory loss do not add to the adequacy. But Asuna, apart from the "vague" PTSD, has no such excuses. She's, just, a whore.

other possible reason is that Asuna has a mission to keep Kirito and Liz separated long enough so this way Inoda has plenty of time time to corrupt Liz. If Asuna breaks up with kirito at this point then Liz can be together with Kirito without any obstacle. And because Liz is not the whorest of whores(yet) she probably won't cheat on Kirito so she could not be in Inoda's harem. thats moronic but i cannot think any other reason. Of course maybe Fujino just don't give a shit and did not think about this at all :)

Actually he already did. Remember there is a picture of Kirito eyes opening up and a line saying "Sugu is mine". I think this is it and a hint of this dark side Giga Kirito.
I meant something vulgar, like what Gigachad Kirito thinks of Suguha
