I mean, there isn't gonna be battle scenes this update, Fujino has always announced them in advance when they happen, so its doubtful they show up XP The truth is, for as much as people here like them, the effort he put into them apparently wasn't worth the response they got from the overall followers, going by his words, and like it was said above, there is little point in doing them now that Asuna has been fully corrupted unless he comes up with a new idea (Like the boss battle you suggested, but again that would require him to wanna go through the effort in the first place)...it's kinda uneeded with Yui because she already wants his dick XD



Sad but still logical: While nobody gave a shit about Alice, Fujino wrote her in a position where she was the main 'hentai exposition' of what the Council was doing, which now that we know the most prominent of them (Shadow Fox) was building up to with the whole brainwashing thing checks out.

Fujino doesn't announce anything anymore so we don't know what is upcoming. If he didn't release the preview pics, we wouldn't even know about the cow scenes. There is really no point in battle scenes anymore. But if he wants to do another battle scenario, a long boss battle is easier than a bunch of battles with trash mobs. Like I bet no one asked for the mansion puzzle last update but he still did it. Just depends if he wants to do anything extra besides sex scenes, I guess.

The only battle scenario left, and one people have been asking for since the days when the grass was greener — is where Inoda completely prevents Asuna from helping Kirito. This could lead to either an endless fight or Kirito losing the battle, resulting in his humiliation and a major clash with Asuna. It might even trigger events that shut down all VR activities, naturally transitioning into real-life events.

I mean, the last update that had a battle scene DID get announced in advance because I feel those are so hard to make for him that he wants people to know about them, lol, in comparison the puzzles can be stupidly simple to make, I imagine XD But as mentioned, at this point is kinda redundant for him because Asuna has been corrupted fully, he can just make some plot-excuse for them to separate from Kirito and fuck rather than bother using battle sex scenes, which is both more satisfying for Inoda and less effort for him to do most likely.

Wasn't the last update with battle the one with the gem cave? Then that was back when Fujino still announced what he was working on. He says he doesn't do that anymore to avoid spoilers.

Yea it is easier not to do battle scenes but having them just makes the game more interesting. They are pointless in a story progression but this is a game so there should be more interactions besides is going from place to place.

It is all just a want. I doubt many people will be disappointed without battles if the sex scenes are hot enough.

It's basically down to how Fujino wants to handle the ending: The routes have split now, but both of them still share the same 'main story', so depending on how much or little he wants the ending itself to take, the content may vary, but some things will no doubt stay the same. Kinda like how even with the route split there was no change in the Inoda/Asuna stuff, so probably through plot-convenience will he make sure that even in the Gigachad Kirito route that doesn't change I bet XP

There is also the fact that, while very little as of the previous update, the content between both routes is already different: You actually get LESS content to see in the rec. room right now if you do the 'Inoda Route' rather than the Gigachad Kirito one, because Alice getting fucked by the BBC gangster isn't in it, and nothing happens with Liz in Inoda's route either, but you get both scenes of G. Kirito fucking Liz and Alice only in his route, so there is likely gonna be a change in which bits you get in each route soon :O

The thing is that, no matter how much it annoys some people, VR/FoG content is NOT gonna stop or disappear, lmao. It's VERY clear now, but for anyone that keeps missing it, this IS, at the end of the day, an SAO parody, and Fujino keeps treating it as such where the VR side is as important as the real one, at least as far as making Hentai scenes he's concerned.

As mentioned, this will depend on how Fujino wants to handle the ending: Asuna has basically completely fallen by now, Inoda is now aiming for 'advanced corruption' where he will convince her is okay for him to fuck other women aside from her and to have threesomes/moresomes with them, so depending on how long Fujino wants to take pushing for that, it will determine how much or how little Yui gets (As she's clearly being set up to be the main source of advances corruption in FoG).

Since there are going to be different endings, I think it would be interesting to have one where Inoda tells other losers at school what he's managed to create, a kind of underworld within the school where losers like him talk amongst themselves about Inoda's get-togethers, even having some compromising conversations in front of Kirito without him realizing anything (he still doesn't know), with a scene where Inoda has sex with Asuna in front of them while they masturbate. Kirito knows nothing about this; it's like, in theory, a "happy" ending for him.

The battle scenes were what solidified this game as one of my favorites. Every update I secretly hope there will be one more before the game ends even though I know we probably aren't getting anymore of them.

The battle scenes and the random "status changes" where you check the menu to see what she's doing behind the scenes out of view. Trying to find those spots in the first game was entertaining but became more story focused oriented in the second.

I mean, battlefuck games are a whole genre. Karryn's Prison comes to mind, as the prime example. But there's very few that are NTR or just not fem-protag where the battle lewds happen to you.

I played last update (verb1) when it first came last month, but it was hilariously bad so I finally decided to not care about the game.
I mean, first Asuna's memory rewriting, and then now we saw giga chad Kirito out of blue, so what is next? Main characters changes drastically and that changes make no sense at all.
So now Kirito can fuck girls brain out, but what is the point? Asuna already didn't like when Kirito fucked her like that, although she loves when Inoda fucks her roughly (cuz Inoda is her beloved lover, that's why she loves rough sex, right )
