The NTR checked out like 6 months ago when Inoda basically won. At this point anything not Inoda/Asuna is "interest level" because it's simply something different than more of Inoda can get anything he wants. The fat lazy fuck can trip down a flight of stairs at this point and Asuna would still find some way to land underneath him.
Yes, the main level of tension in the NTR has dropped, because Asuna allows Inode to do a lot, but there are still some fetishes and boundaries that Inode should reach with Asuna, such as group sex with Keko or Yui. The story will only reach its peak during pregnancy, when Asuna consciously allows Inode to impregnate her. At that point, there will be nowhere left to develop the concept.
And if interest in Inode has fallen a little, there was never any interest in Kirito to begin with. His storyline is typical vanilla harem crap, in which the main character doesn't have to do anything at all, everyone lets him fuck them and do whatever he wants from the very beginning. How can this bullshit be any more interesting than the main plot? There is simply nothing to develop in this route. There is absolutely nothing new in this route except for pseudo-incest and submissive shit. Unless you are a latent gay who has a boner for Kirito... Then I can at least justify you somehow.

The fact you call it "vanilla harem crap" when the entirety of the Kirito scenes in this game are based around corruption and Reverse NTR (And even that is also kinda fake as the girls doing it have been corrupted to hell and back already) also shows how you're literally unable to see any context at all and you brain defaults to "Any girls that likes Kirito doing it with him is vanilla", probably as much as "any girls that likes Kirito being fucked by another dude is NTR", even when that's not even remotely the case for SAO at all XP

Reverse NTR? Mate, you know that good NTR is based on depravity, moral decline and a certain amount of tension. Where is all that in Kirito's thread? The difference between your "ingenious" Kirito route and the normal NTR route is clearly evident in the sex scenes with Liz. How interesting and exciting they are with Inoda, who has to somehow win Liz over with all sorts of tricks and other things and gradually break her down mentally for his own pleasure. And how bland and idiotic are the scenes with Kirito and Liz, where she herself climbs on top of Kirito to jerk him off/suck him/fuck him, while Kirito just has to take it and feel like a winner.

There aren't really any problems, it just bugs me when someone calls the Kirito route "interesting". It's about as interesting as a dog or cat pooping.

In some ways, I even agree with him. With a clear head now, I liked the reverse ntr when Kirito was himself. That’s where the value was, but now he really has started to resemble Hebishima.
And overall, the scenes themselves are made lazily, very short and without graphical variations. The scenes with Liz and Alice were better before. If Fujino wants to make two routes, he needs to put effort into both, not just one.
I want to believe that the scene with Suguha will be better than the one with Liz in the latest update.

The transformation into a women takes place over a long period in the game. So telling you where to see all of it is hard. You can see one of the training sessions in the recollection room in Alice & Others room, Livestream (V).

You know, I guess I never realized how VERY easy even such massive (If background) plots are to miss for the game if you just run from point A to B every time and never bother trying to explore every corner or talk to every NPC before continuing the story, I guess it's just ingrained instinctively into me from years and years of RPGs and H-games with missable content lol.
To clarify a bit on what King said, you would need to start from the first time Kirito is hospitalized for his hallucinations to get the full story over the course of his stay, and always be sure to explore every room you can and talk to everyone you can before moving on to every new story-progressing objective (Technically the revenge plan was slightly hinted at since a bit before then, but that's the last time period you directly see Hebishima IRL and talk to him a bit, then if you spy you realize Sinon has tricked the retard with sex and he's none the wiser of how fucked he is until it's too late XP). Also, while not 100% sure, I would assume if you miss watching the livestream firsthand in your playthrough, it won't be in the rec. room, so you gotta talk with the randoms at the hospital after Hebishima is 'changed' to see it too (Of course, it will be there by default if you choose starting later in the game and high prurience choices too). Is funny because this also indirectly shows more of the unrealistic nonsensical super-tech that the "Administrator Illuminati" have access to, able to perfectly change a man into a woman in literally a few hours of operation with fully functional, or at least sensitive enough to fake it, sexual organs LOL.
As mentioned, you don't fully see the full extent of how brutally karma hit him until a bit later too, seeing the AV (Which is also missable thinking about it, lol) cover where "she" is now shown getting gangbanged by several men XP
I gotta say, I'm really invested in the story, it's too bad it's ending soon because there's like 5 plots still unraveling, not to mention the potential character scenes with Kyoko and Asuna or more Sugu and Sinon
