Actually, no, it doesn't, he literally said that he would but things would NOT go as he planned them, which actually pretty much means he was talking about the Kirito Route really, a lot of people who reacted to that seemed to completely ignore the second part of the statement in favor of their headcanon because they just can't accept the game doesn't revolve around "cliche NTR" anymore XD

Also, if you must know, there is no "bad end" like that (As Inoda winning still is considered the real ending no matter what, even in the Gigachad Kirito route he STILL is winning Asuna after all), the only bad end, which Fujino is even considering scrapping now because nobody gives a shit about it either, was everyone losing and Asuna ending up as a whore for the bad guys, and in that one Inoda would also lose XP

Fujino has just consistently cared more for actual narrative consistency than NTR tropes, something rare and almost never seen in a NTR game, no matter how much it makes some people here seethe and get mad at nothing (Even the people in his actual pay sites comment sections who were for months trying to suggest him for things to end like Kirito ending up in a wheelchair while Asuna gets fucked over his comatose body were 'rewarded' with him ramping up the corruption between Kirito and the other girls until we ended up with Gigachad Kirito's route as a main part of the game, so it shows how little he cares for these opinions when they don't fit his narrative :O).

While there is a non-0 chance that Inoda may still get Suguha (And he's actually way more likely to do so with Shino/Sinon rather than her) in his route, the only real way he would be able to is with the unrealistic magical brainwashing of the council, literally nothing else because Fujino made Sugu narratively 'too strong' for Inoda...he can't blackmail her nor offer her a deal, she has super-mega-resources and authorities thanks to working with Sinon, he can't "corrupt her" with his dick because she's, 1, already corrupted, and 2, already proved several times that she actually prefers Kirito small little stamina dick over a bigger infinite stamina NTR Chad dick, making her a giant outlier in both the game and NTR tropes as a whole becasue she has consistently defeated those.

Ironically, as much as it would trigger some people here, the actually more realistic outcome of the Inoda Route would be Inoda to end up only fucking Asuna, Kyouko, Liz, and Yui while Kirito ends up as the no-will sex slave of Suguha and Shino, funnily enough XD And that would still be a terribly bad ending for him narratively speaking, hell, for anyone who doesn't have a hate-boner for Kirito or is a blind fan of him, they would realize ALL the interactions he has had with the other girls in this game have actually been bad for him, corrupting him further and further to the point even the "Gigachad Kirito" route is actually bad for him, because he's having his entire self overwritten by a new personality composed of only his darker impulses and desires that's most likely gonna end up completely erasing him.

It just so happens that that may arguably be the 'best' outcome he has on this game where everything is bad for him, but because some people are unable to jack it off to NTR if it doesn't contain the MC ending up completely alone crying and jacking it off to being cucked, some people here keep getting mad and insisting these outcomes "aren't NTR", when a lot of them have been more than Inoda and Asuna have been for ages now, LOL

Ntr with Suguha died after Hebishima was removed. It was then that Suguha and Sinon embarked on a shitty storyline with an all-powerful council of people who have magic and other shit. Because of this, their entire pleasant, somewhat canonical image simply dissolved, and they both became manipulative dominatrixes who fuck whoever they want and do whatever they want, all of which drove them into an unrealistic, stupid framework where they are not interested in debauchery and sex, but only in artificially created extreme domination over Kirito.
The scene with Leafa was so long ago and so short that it's meaningless. In addition, this scene existed only to persuade Asuna to have sex with Inoda because of her resentment towards Kirito.
