Actually, you don't have to, if you start up the game later in the timeline, Fujino's chicken avatar will ask you about how you've been handling the girls so far in the game (Aka choices). If you respond full-on that Kirito has been indulging all of them when asked, you will start with the maximum prurience value possible at that moment of the game you choose to start at, like you had done every single side-event and picked every lewd choice.



Fujino did say 'the weekend at the latest', so technically there has been a non-0 chance every single day since Tuesday until today, growing slighly each day, so fingers crossed maybe?





Like Dgrayman said, this is a 'cheat' that the author added to be able to do this more easily later in the game because a lot of people missed it, but the real way to get more prurience is: EXPLORE. The game has a lot of minor stuff and lore bits/talks that you can miss out all the time because they vanish when you get from point A to point B (hearing rumors about stuff that's happening/the other girls are doing, Sinon's livestreams, etc), you can only find out if you actually try and look around everywhere whenever you have control of Kirito and they progressively increase your perversion/prurience to the point you will always have enough for any choice that pops up in the main story if you do them all (The very first one is the only exception because it's not really a choice, is just there to show you what happens if you don't have enough for a choice, that's all).

Well translation does not take much time, the only problems will be event trigger conditions and checking if routes are properly implemented, the game has like 3000+ CGs so checking every single CGs and events takes time. We may get the update Tommorow

Yep, pretty much, Fujino probably finished the CGs by wednesday at the latest, and we know he kinda half-rushes the translation (Especially with the many times the wrong names are used by characters XP), so that shouldn't have taken long. So testing is probably what he's putting most time into.

Also, funny thing is, there is a very real chance Fujino only ever bothers testing the latest updates triggers, maybe one update before that too (And sometimes not even that), as almost every new update we get lots of bugs saying older triggers and parts that before went well now broke and he has to go back and fix them, that's why he made a "bug report post" a regular thing for a while now.

To be fair, I don't completely blame him: Besides his messy situation after leaving his country and other issues, he's just one guy, delivering (mostly) monthly updates, and he long-since went beyond the 'limit' size of the game before RPGmaker started giving him more troubles, so yeah, he has a lot on his plate.

He usually pushes things out after doing basic testing. He is only one person. Intense testing would take a lot of time and only a lot of people doing weird things would find all the bugs. This is normal in development. So it is better to get it out quickly and let us play test it. We get the update faster and a lot more bugs are found. Win win!
