Usually a save file is included, or you just have to choose the most recent chapter.

The femboy Kirito thing exist because it was teased, Sinon asks Kirito if he is interested in porn either as a boy or crossdressed, and u can react 2 way, 1 is completely dismiss it and the other suggest that Kirito thinks about it. I'll just throw it out there, the update will be released at 4pm European time, it usually comes out on Thursday or Friday but if Fujino says it will be released at the end of the week then he's referring to Sunday
