Usually a save file is included, or you just have to choose the most recent chapter.

The femboy Kirito thing exist because it was teased, Sinon asks Kirito if he is interested in porn either as a boy or crossdressed, and u can react 2 way, 1 is completely dismiss it and the other suggest that Kirito thinks about it. So it was teased but i dont remember if Fujino ever made trap content. I dont remember if the Fate games got Astolfo or not.

I'll just throw it out there, the update will be released at 4pm European time, it usually comes out on Thursday or Friday but if Fujino says it will be released at the end of the week then he's referring to Sunday

I know Fujino always runs tests before updates to ensure they have as few bugs as possible, but why not release the update today and fix what's reported over the weekend? I REALLY want to play.

Chynese are probably waiting for 2 months worth of content, when we'll probably get the usual 3 weekish worth of content plus Fujino's usual missing scenes at the end that will come out in the next update .
