It depends on which route you mean: In the normal/Inoda Route, she was depressed for Kirito's latest rejection, so she angrily went to Inoda apartment, ended up having the tables turned on her, and Inoda locked her up in S&M stuff and has been sexually torturing her for 2 days straight, planning even more despite how realistically that should put her life in danger lol
In the Gigachad Kirito route, she just told him she was done with him and walked away instead of going to his apartment, much to his confusion and anger XP

On the 18th of the latest month, in the morning (And exclusive to high prurience/perversion Kirito, if you have it low he doesn't suspect anything at all), the previous update before the current one. Basically, Kirito will distrust Asuna because of how weird that whole morning has been and you will get the option to snoop on her phone or not, if you do it combined with the call she gets right after and she goes to the school, he gets this paranoia that maybe she's fucking their teacher. There were actually some complaints around because Fujino used AI to create the gifs of Kirito's paranoia of her fucking the teacher (Given it was a frankly minor part of the whole thing and not even an actual H-scene).
