The perks list didn't change much but it did change, i wouldn't be worried about that in the end it's just the roadmap for Asuna's corruption not how we going to get there.
Fujino alredy said in the pigeon talk IRL sex will be implement soon or at least the reason for it so in the next 2 updates we will have something. the perks say something about physical needs being the catalist for IRL sex, that only lead to 2 scenarios:
Something will prevent Asuna to have FOG sex with Inoda and IRL sex with Kirito (i think tha could be related with Sugu)
or the sex in FOG it's not fulfilling by itself anymore like was hinted several times already, this second option i think could be related to Liz and whatever she's planing, in the last update she talk to Inoda about the rainy night (tree house or Lustfull night is not clear) and also ask for the aphrodisiac, she could induce Asuna into FOG sex overdrive and crave for the real thing.
If you think about it some details point in that directon, like Asuna is not present IRL for the week, she's sending nudes at Inoda's request, she's masturbating and service him afterwards and they had 1 hour of sex in the church all that in only 2 days.
They probably will have sex everyday for the rest of the week and if Liz use the aphrodisiac, Asuna will be more and more pent up, and Inoda said he need to come up with a new tatic, maybe by sunday she will be so pent up he will come up the idea, she's too stress and need to relax and since Kirito is out of combat and that would put too much strees on him she will cave.

What makes you think that the pigeon is talking about sex in real life? Perhaps Fujino is talking in this way about the expected battle scene and the pregnancy ritual. There are no grounds at all for real sex yet, and I think it will be difficult to find them in 2 updates. Moreover, Asuna is still away with her mother.

I think in Alice's case, bringing her in to do lewd stuff with her makes sense. Bringing in Yui just doesn't really make sense. But it is what it is rofl.

I agree! Yui is too unpredictable a character. And too complicated. And if Yui is born from Inoda, it will no longer be Yui, but just another character (one more...shit...) to promote Asuna and Inoda's relationship.

As for Asuna ... well the perk description says Asuna will be convinced by her mother and Liz to give Inoda's baby so that she can get rid of Inoda and her life with Kirito can go back to normal. So of course there must be a lot of things to happen to make this happen. And I think these lots of things should be related to the fall of Asuna's mother and Liz to Inoda's dick. They will have very important impact on Asuna's cheating sex with Inoda IRL.

I have checked the plugins file and most of these hidden perk descriptions are not changed compared to my previous post summary, including the pregnancy ones.

Interesting point; there will need to be some pressure for Kyoko to want to push her daughter to get pregnant. In this last update, I think you see Kyoko going into the Yuuki hospital room. Maybe there's going to be some impending disease or fertility issue? Or maybe Kyoko is going to demand grandchildren?

You're right it will be a bad idea from a technical point alone, Fujino should be removing characters and not including new ones due to RPGM restrictions he already have.
If he include Yui will be only to please the fans and because he hinted about pregnancy because i can't see how she will be significant to the story, maybe to reinforce Asuna/Kirito relantionship which is technically dead at this point, and Asuna is not broke enough to allow Inoda impregnate her so why bring her?
I think this will be a failed attempt and the only result will be to futher split them, and there's the Admin as well unlees she's ok with another AI running around or she have something to gain from that she will not allow it.

Well then I think it could be a mini event in real life. When Asuna and Kyoko return on Sunday or Monday, Inoda will go to meet them, because Kirito is in the hospital. But it's unlikely to be sex, more like a blowjob in real life. And remember how Fujino can turn everything around! Well, Fujino easily bypassed the canonical Alice. There's only a 3D model left of Alice. What prevents Fujino from just leaving Yui's model, but making a little scum out of her, who whispers in Asuna's ear so that she throws the idiot Kirito and fucks Inoda as often as possible. Fujino will make her the living engine of the plot.

And Yui will probably look like a bimbo with a 6 breast size and can naturally increase to ride on Inoda's penis. Well, it's Fujino...
