It's a progression bug you get because you reached that scene without enough Anxiety to unlock a trigger.

There is a crack on the barn that gives you 90 anxiety or it did for me.

That's also a leftover bug, apparently XD The bug fix makes it so that nothing happens if you don't have 90+ Anxiety, which is what SHOULD happen (You have several choices across the day that let you raise it too, which are the ones you should go for, like coming back to the house-mid-farming and witnessing Yui impersonating Inoda in the kitchen, and also checking Inoda's room after getting out of bed at night). The only reason for it was because of the trigger that if you're in the Inoda Route and you get into the barn with 90+ anxiety, you get the choice to unlock the bad ending route the next day.

It's a progression bug you get because you reached that scene without enough Anxiety to unlock a trigger, the author found it and released a fix for it almost right away but it's not part of the one in the main page yet because we're still waiting for the fully fixed version that solves many other bugs, including a major one right now that doesn't let you see the events of the Kirito Route regarding Liz period. Usually once a month, but the current trend with bug fixes and the like, probably means we're roughly at a 1.5 - 2 month update schedule.

I think it's tied to the prurience lvl. (the green bar)

If prurience is high enough, gota visit the administrator in the side building of the shrine the night before, during the rec room segment. Failure to do this locks out the Kirichad route options. I've heard its buggy though, sometimes you gota do it twice.
