I'm of the opinion that we'll get it within the first couple weeks of January at the earliest. A bunch of people already mentioned to not expect it this month and implied to be pleasantly surprised if an update actually does happen this month.

Ahahahah, yeah, just like I suspected, seems like most people overreacted for no reason XD Also, lol, now we got Asuna-sensei outfit, probably to help Inoda with his make-up studies



He honestly has done more progress than I expected him to, so it will all depend on what he does over the end-of-year holidays, I feel. If he rests like most people would and he deserves, is better to expect it in January...but if he spends all the holidays working on the game, he legit would have it ready before new year's even, LOL. Let's hope he DOES rest, though (Also you posted this twice by mistake XP)

I mean, like I said, it all depends on what exactly he does over the holidays, reminder that the progress Fujino gives us is mostly based on him working most days. Imagine if instead of resting he had a whole week where he can spend those 8 hours he normally works making the game instead like a maniac...

Also, he know has less commute time at work than in his previous one too, and while stacking delays didn't let us properly see that before, now it may (And reminder, he still made like 20% or so progress while bug-fixing by apparently doing both at once, so yeah).

Meanwhile, now that the big main story event has passed and Kirito has 'rested', Gigachad Kirito probably will be coming out again soon, given he IS kinda the main aspect of his route's division XP

The only thing I can expect anytime soon is Kyouko apparently watching Inoda bang Asuna, since he was convincing her that it's fine in the recent update. Assuming the Asuna in a teacher's outfit is one sex scene, and another one is dedicated to Kyouko and Asuna, then there's not much room for other stuff I guess. Liz is probably not going to do anything in the upcoming update, because in the Inoda route, she's just locked away in the apartment, or she's currently waiting for chadrito to call her in the chadrito route.

So it's probably another Asuna focused update, and maybe further development on the bad ending. That's my guess so far with what's going on.

Maybe Suguha will be involved in the next update, because she realized she needs to be more aggressive at securing Kirito's time.

That probably makes sense. There's not much time left in the month, so maybe around 3-4 sex scenes, and the update ends up focusing on 1 in-game day.

I didn't catch that part about Suguha, but yeah, I mean Asuna is generally the main focus, so it's not too surprising most updates will be about her. I ended up concluding it'll probably be more about Asuna based off the Kyouko stuff and the little teaser image we got of Asuna in a sensei outfit.

Asuna is almost always the main one we get teasers about when Fujino posts them, so that shouldn't be a surprise, the side-content is usually the biggest surprise tbh, like how we never got any teaser for Succubus Liz despite being arguably the biggest event of the update it came out on, so yeah XD Kyouko/Asuna seems to just be the next step of the main story, with Yui close behind, so that won't change regardless of the version so that saves Fujino some work.

She only saw a small manifestation. She could easily have thought he got overexcited and couldn't hold it in. But Kirito's second personality behaves completely differently. He literally doesn't care about girls, he just takes them and fucks them for his pleasure. I don't think Suguha is in love with that type of guy, otherwise it would have ended back then with Hebishima

There is a big difference between Hebishima and Kirichad, Hebishima is aware of what he was doing, while Kirichad is not, it is as if he was possessed or manipulated from within

This has come up several times, and the answer is still the same: Sugu is so far gone that she wants her big brother regardless of what he does, hell, in previous updates she even said that she would 'respect his decision no matter what'...while at the same time unable to resist forcing herself on him to get a taste of his dick, and she DID react positively to him trying to take the initiative in the bath XD Regardless of if Kirito became a scumbag, she would still want him (And realistically he never would be as bad as Hebishima was, lmao, reminder he even drugged and blackmailed like a hundred girls in total, and it was implied that when he got tired of them he moved on usually after making them sell their bodies for his sake...as bad as Gigachad Kirito may be, he's only targetting the girls close to him that were basically throwing themselves at him anyway, so yeah XP).

I am curious where he's going with the affinity system, because it is an entirely separate system from prurience. Gonna be looking carefully to see if there's any dialogue differences based on it, even with the Inoda route in play for the next update.

Cause if character affinity is merely a byproduct of farming prurience, then it shouldn't be necessary for Fujino to keep making dialogue references to it via Suguha on the Inoda route now that things are cleanly split. But if those affinity differences do keep happening, it may be a "three main routes, multiple endings per route" situation.

Given that Suguha has been one of the clearest in-game indicators of how you're doing with each girl and it seems she's going to be in the next update, it should be fairly telling.

The next update will probably be in a month, just like last year in January. He's taking a break for the holidays. Maybe Asuna will help him with his studies, for example, preparing for the exam.
