From the perspective of Fujino and this NTR type of game - bad ending would mean she would get into "third-dick" entity. Like for example gangs...
Normal NTR ending would be that Asuna and Inoda fuck togheter in peace and Kirito is still an unaware cuckold, camera on legs...
Subnormal ending would be Asuna and Inoda fuck togheter in peace and Giga Chad Kirito is making harem with other girls, and let the Asuna-biatch long live and prosper without him (my fav ending btw would be that he will end up with Quinella - but i doubt it will ever happen...)
Yesn't: Right now, Asuna has been tricked by the council guy (Shadow Fox) using Alice for it, while right now she's 'conscious', they're planning to inevitably corrupt her enough to use their magical brainwashing on her (Which they can't right now because "she's an SAO Survivor", aka Fujino's plot-convenient excuse to drag this for more than just one event as otherwise they would have instantly won the second they got Asuna into their machine XP). They're basically gonna make her "Infiltrate" an IRL brothel that THEY clearly own, so basically her fate is gonna end up being a cheap slut for them no matter what, though at this point it's unclear if it will be corruption or brainwashing what seals her fate first, they're just planning to use both.

Completely fair, tbh, even most dedicated fans of the game don't see that interested in it because most want to see Inoda winning, and in the bad ending route he would lose too XP (It IS extra funny that Inoda can actually 'lose' only in HIS route, though, as this ending isn't available in the Gigachad Kirito route lmao)
People who played the game, how much of the content is in the gallery actually? I read here on few occasions that some of the content is not put there instead only in playthrough we could see it.

All of the big scenes are in the gallery. Only the small scenes with one CG and cut-away CGs are not included because of the limited spaces in Gallery rooms. You need to install the Gallery Mod on the first post to see everything.
Like King already said, all the 'big scenes' are in the gallery, and the gallery mod takes care of the minor animations and stuff that are playthrough-only can still be seen on it. HOWEVER, some of what you may have heard may also refer to stuff that period doesn't exist in the game and people complained about, sadly, which while occasional is not too rare for Fujino to do because he directly 'offscreens' some stuff (Like the first times Suguha started taking advantage of Kirito without him knowing or some minor background moments between Inoda and Asuna we only see through the cameras in the company and don't get an actual PoV scene later). Scenes of this either have just a 'distant view' or aren't shown in the game at all whether in the gallery or in playthrough, despite us knowing they happened, and some people sometimes complain about it.

Nope I am talking about when you use the mod to re watch some scene that are not in the galley. During the animation the text that shows are not in English, but in Japanese.

Oh that, i'm not a translator and i need them in default language to check up if i missed one or not when i make the script.
It was also for trying to find any unused pictures set in Action_seq
Memo is made like this by the way:
left is the name of the animation and right is the name of the pictures used for it
Sometime the two name don't match at all like this:

So you were just talking about the filenames and scene names. Also it is in Chinese not Japanese.
