I'm a little late but I wanted to thank you very much for this translation, this is my favorite eroge game and finally seeing it in full English brings me a lot of happiness, really, thank you very much,
Now about the translation, unfortunately I don't have a PC so I play on my cell phone and the letters are very small or the font is much smaller than before but this is the only problem I found

It's small like that since otherwise the text would go out of the box. Sadly can't be fixed without a PC since it requires some software to edit the font size in the game files.
Here is a patch that makes the font slightly bigger but text might start clipping out of boxes.

I did a complete playthrough of the game yesterday, and was curious what the coins you find scattered throughout the world do? I ended up with I think 41 of them by the end. I didn't see anyone talk about it on this forum so any info on that would be very appreciated!

The lewdness stat only affects two things: beating the game 0 lewdness unlocks an extra H scene (you can still play naked and see H-scenes with other girls). The lewdness required for Fine to become confident while naked is 14, AND she needs to see a certain H scene.
Requirements: 14 Lewdness requires seeing most of the H scenes. First, you have to lose your virginity. This can be done ASAP by taking both brothel jobs in the first pub at the beginning of the game. You want to do this early because after a point it becomes harder for Fine to participate in H scenes that don't lead to game over if she's a virgin (you instead get H scenes with other girls).
At the checkpoint, scold the guards. In the next town you CAN confront the criminals in the bottom left store for another H-scene, but I prefer to pay them off. There's still just enough H scenes to reach 14 if you do this.
In the mountain dungeon, LOSE to the slime boss for an H-scene. This is the only boss you can lose to and collect their H-scene without a game over.
In Whale, enter the hot spring and take the offer.
The h-scene in Flamland will be taken automatically if Fine isn't a virgin.
In Seafoam, after getting the medal from the king visit the building in the top right to participate in a sex show. This should put you exactly at 14.
Next, when you go to Asteria (so after 3 dungeons), first go to Northelia/Northeria and enter the house on the top right. If you're not a virgin, this leads to another h-scene with Fine, and if you have 14 lewdness she'll become confident in her body. Even if you do this scene clothed, she'll strip on her own. This completely changes her personality and dialogue (at least when naked) and alters/adds H-scenes. Go revisit towns and have fun!
As for the coins, when you enter Sea-Faus/Cephas/Seafoam (water town), immediately enter the house below the dock entrance and talk to the NPC there (twice if naked). Then go to the world map and go to the island immediately west of Cephas, you can now visit the building there. If you're aiming for all coins (there is an H scene) it's better to get the search skill from this building, then NG+
EDIT: Forget what I said about Lewdness only affecting endings. There IS a lewdness requirement to becoming a confident slut: 14. Updated this post.
