People like Don Kilot and Borlandsmen have been contributing to this forum, not just as users, but as content contributors. Instead of talking to them to improve this place, they just watch those brats run around and instead attack them?? Why does it matter how long it takes for the game to be complete? As soon as this game is done, theyll move onto the next game at the same rate of production. You get the same amount of content every month like clockwork.

Cheat mod detected. Dont use this files. All NLT needs to do is write a bit of code that bricks the game once a player has too many weapons of the same type than is possible, or once the player has too high stats

They havent stopped. Theyve just moved to a private discord

Slow it down? Do you know how long it takes to:-
Plan the story
Write the scripts
Book time with the voice actors to record their lines
Get new areas designed and then built
Have the game areas added to the game engine
Plan the scenes
Animate the scenes
Lip sync the story scenes
Add the puzzles
Give hints to NPCs
Think of the puzzles / fights
Build the puzzles and fights
Test the update
Oh thats just for the main story updates.

Probably not bugged, unless you modded things. Ask the Oracle, or use the many guides out there

Just logged on and found out the news about the HD mods. Kinda bummed I missed all this and now any access if gone. Without the HD mods I'm not very excited to jump fully back into this game or some of the the others that were upscaled. I understand the creators reasons for leaving, I'm just wondering if there might be any way for someone who's respectful and not a troll to still get access? If anyone can maybe PM me or something I'd appreciate it.
This whole situation really sucks. :/

Sometimes you just want to speak crap about even the games you do like and support.

It's perfectly normal to express your concerns about the game, to describe your disappointment with the game or its individual aspects, your thoughts on how to make it better. (Discord is not necessarily an official place where everyone has to follow a dress code and wear smiling masks.)
It's another matter when you communicate, joke to the point (instead of turning your cheeks to receive blows). Overwhelmed by emotions, the troll runs away to write a denunciation to the moderators. And then comes His Majesty, a strike, or a warning, or a threat of a ban. As they say, "fuck you with respect from the site moderation.."
Well, how do you like this solution? I think it's excellent.

All adequate users get such kicks, but not the culprit. Even if 10 people simultaneously write a complaint about one troll - everyone will get a warning about deleting posts, a warning about violation. The troll will not get anything. That's exactly the impression I have now.
Based on this feeling, a theory emerged that an important person is walking around under the guise of a troublemaker... Because what is happening is complete absurdity.
There are no adequate solutions, but as soon as Fencepost69 mentioned Dluser in his message, his message disappeared in less than 10 minutes.. How to understand this?
Study the situation and figure it out? - No, that's too labor-intensive.

F95 once the stardom of discussion and the way for Patreon.
But as Time pass by and 18+ game becomes more and more mainstream.
It's now full of teenagers and toxic people who love to mock developers and other people like many aged website pages.
Most of the Devs use this page as a starter and then ditch out when they get enough Patreon/Discord members.
As they knew very well, the longer their game became well-known.
More and more toxic and envy will strike at them.
And I knew many good 18+ games in this site that become nothing more than toxic battleground while the Devs no longer listen any discussion and opinion from this site.

Again, I don't mind "mocking" the developers. In most cases, that's just sincere negative feedback, and if the developers are smart enough, they will use that feedback to improve their games. I don't mind mocking outsiders too much either. But the relationship between community members should be respected. That's why when Bob69 said to share the mods here, I was like, wtf! Even pirates have codes, and they have those codes for a reason.

I respect piracy because it gives people options. First, it gives people who honestly can't pay for games, journals, books, or movies the opportunity to access those products. If they like it, they can contribute to the creators when they can. Second, it gives people the ability to decide which games to support. One would be nuts to pay for something without checking it first if they have the option to do so. And like you said, many members of these forums join the Patreon and official Discords. Third, I personally don't believe you have to support every game you play, for various reasons. One being that I believe the quality of NLT games has really declined since the second half of TGO. And while I'm hopeful that the quality might improve in the future, I'm not crazy enough to send NLT money and give them the false signal that they are on the right track.

I said all that just to point out that there is a philosophy behind piracy and that it's important to respect the codes. You can steal from outsiders, but not from insiders, because you'll be hurting the community as a whole. What if we listened to Bob69 and just shared Don Kilot and Borlandsmen's mods here? They might get pissed off and stop the whole thing altogether. They don't get paid to do this, unlike NLT. They're offering the community their sincere service, and that calls for respect and brotherhood, not sharing their mods without their permission, as Bob69 suggested.
