I had the same problem. You need to go to the places on the picture. They have a little bit of different color sand.
Just stand there click a little bit around it slowly... At one moment it will find the wire.
Do that for all 3 places....
I had a similar problem where I thought I already had them, but I couldn't continue.... And I just tried it and tried it (clicking there), until it triggered...
