I gave it a try and really not feeling the isometric choice. So far it doesn't add anything meaningful to the game, other than making movement at times cumbersome.
And the combat system is a bit annoying, but wtv.
As for the story, characters, etc, it's too early to tell how it will compare with the previous two.

Could you also perhaps elucidate on why the order is of genesis, why the epidemic is of lust, and perhaps the most important, why the treasure is nadia's?
My save isnt working and just cutting to an error screen... if I use a save for 0.71 from some1 else the game simply doesnt acknowledge that it exists
Treasure is easy, the whole game was about her pussy. Genesis = creampies. Epidemic of lust = what if COVID was FUN?

I know the some missions are based on crafting but it shouldn't be required for some drink.
For example on V06, u have to buy a drink to some guy at the Velvet mirage. I mean the place are selling drink, even if its not the main activity. Having a prompt saying "buy a drink for the guy (greyout if not enough money) (and update money account)" should be way more practical.

Save Location should probably be there :
C:\Users\<Your User Name>\AppData\Local\User Data.
Actually no, the save location has changed compared to previous games, its here now :
C:\Users\<Your User Name>\AppData\Local\SotS
