It can't be patched. To change the names and implied relationships, the code of the game itself would have to be rewritten—same as with The Genesis Order—and nobody with any kind of life whatsoever would bother to do so for such little reward. Besides, the way SotS was set up precludes incestuous relationships between the MC and other characters, because they would make no sense whatsoever given the status quo. For instance if Julia were the MC's mom—and Julia looks way too young for that—she would have recognised and acknowledged Ethan as such the moment she saw him or, at the very least, have mentioned having a son older than Elijah, by now, in the story.

Public Service Announcement: There was no Weekly Report posted by NLT Media last week, nor this week either—at least not so far. When the WR appears, I will post it as soon as I can, or somebody else can if they care to and would like to do me a solid. Maybe NLT is taking a break, is ill, or something similar. Who can say? It is a tad perplexing.
