You should have thirteen story scenes, one Kamasutra page, and twelve “heart scenes” with the minor characters. If you post a screenshot of your pause menu screen, we can pinpoint which one is missing.

Judy was first introduced in ToN visiting Madeline. Madeline appeared at the end of LE.Never done before. All LI before were new characters from the current game and former characters, e.g., Tasha, Diana, Henry, Alia from ToN appearance in TGO, were cameo. In SoS we know Lilith, from TGO, and Amanda Bancroft, from LE and cameo in ToN, are appearing but I think not one of them. Based on past missing LI should be female character from SoS, which means we already seen her if can guess who she is. (I rule out demon girls.) Unless NLT change the rules of course. Very puzzling.
But I doubt it's someone previously known, I can't remember any girl who doesn't have an assigned MC from previous games and I don't think they'll reuse a girl, they had Tasha all last game and didn't do anything. The closest was the scene of Hannah and Alia in the crocodile lake/pond.
They got worse since the started to lick Patreon ass to suit their limited (No Taboo) content.
The only real No Limits Taboo game is Lust Epidemic.

It's very surprising to me that the lewdest content we've gotten so far is a single blowjob scene. I've always appreciated the unabashed smut that NLT games are, so it feels like the MC should have already stuck it in a couple of girls and gotten a BJ from half of them.
Game is bugged. When I try to get key from Tony at start on 7102; No Icon and no key when I speak to him. Please help.

Try walking away from Red Light District to another location and walk back. Same thing happened to me for I saved position in Red Light District and Tony events were not triggered. Was told to move away to anywhere on map, move back, and then see Tony. Worked for me.

There was also a very short penetration scene with the new guide girl. I much prefer there is some build up, if there's none, may as well just watch porn. We are only 7% done with this game. If anything, I think the side girls need more of that.
