Haven't played since the 6% version so can't say why they have the purple arrows over them, but they aren't trash cans, they are water coolers. Guessing you can get a drink from them for some purpose.

Well, NLT declared that Julia has the biggest breasts of all characters in all NLT games. So yes, Julia is bigger than Margaret.
