Do you mean how to install it?
If that's the case :

1/ Download the update file.
2 /Extract the contents of the ZIP file to the game folder. If necessary, overwrite any existing files.
3/ Restart the game

The game is probably too hard for them, so they want a full save so they can do the oh so great booty calls... ah wait, those aren't implemented yet.
