It's almost impossible to predict. Grace's possession of three Kama Sutra pages eliminates any theories. It could be any of the 10 girls. However, I think Grace, Olivia, and Margaret can be ruled out.
It's highly likely that the next story update will focus on Margaret's main scene. NLT avoids light snacks on the road before the main course.

If I talk about Julia too much, it'll be a mistake, and they'll add a page for Leila in the next update. So I'm talking about Leila as much as possible so NLT can change things and add a page for Julia.

You can simply use windows updates. Context menu on a "Game" file -> View contents -> Resources -> app.nw. Then options + drag the update archive content inside. Choose "merge" option.
