- P = percentage of the game which is done
- M = release in which month of the year
- U = update number count in this month
Usually there should be just two updates per month, but in case of bugfixes they count last minute one up and this number goes out of sync. I guess that's happened this time with the 2nd update, so we have a 3 at the end, but in the game files it was NOT changed. This was in the past even more worse in some months.
Oh yes - I'm sure she's very capable. Surely, she is now walking in some park on the other side of the globe and cannot even imagine that she has such a cheerful dreamer boyfriend.

Seeing nobody shooting "YES" so far, or saying he read about such a problem and don't having it myself, i'd say you're the only one with this error.
Try to reinstall and as second option after this to run a pre v15xxx save.
