Iran is under heavy sanctions and its citizens can't make any international payments. The only copyright Iran recognizes is for the stuff made in Iran. Anything that's made outside is not considered copyrighted, so copying them is not even piracy under the Iranian law. Iranian shops sell cracked games and software for cheap everywhere with no fear whatsoever. Same with Cuba, Syria and Venezuela. And Russia too to some extent. I'd say it makes sense to say North Korea too, but they'll probably lose their heads if they were seen with any western product. Also, every time I want to use some properly cracked software, I just use google translate and search for it on Iranian websites. Last thing I downloaded was Office 2024.
