If you don't like RPG games stick to VNs. I don't like VNs as they are glorified power point presentations which is boring to me. I like the gameplay

It's not just this scene you're missing.In your screenshot, Nora has received a 7th heart. 7th hearts don't exist in the game yet. I'm even surprised that you've gone this far.
