EDIT: You are right, a fourth readhead and total milf, it's Julia. I forgot her. Another readhead is Nora at the hospital. I'm not much into the characters of Symphony of the Serpent so I'm not good at remembering them much except Cleopatra and Anya

Did you install the full game or the update. If updated, are you sure you updated from the correct version to the new one? I had this happening once with Genesis Order when I updated the game with 2 update further instead of one, files were missing.
For exemple: 51124 -> 53012 (and not 50121 -> 53012)

53012 => v.53 january 2nd build

With the first build, when you arrived at the church, Cleopatra was always there and there was no note on the floor.
The second build was designed so that users would not find Cleopatra in her room. Now you can find Cleo's note on the floor.
This second build also fixes a few minor bugs.
If you have the mention of "53011" with your download from 53012, it just an oversight.

had to start in the Red Light District, talk to the mayors flunky, go to the Emerald Ridge, than go find Cleopatra.

I'm not so sure about it being "most searched up items for porn"... I seriously doubt there is any real data about that so it does seem like something you made up as you go. But even if it is the case, it is still a very, very small fraction of all the porn out there so yes, it is a "niche market". And MILF have nothing to do with incest!

Sure, some of the most popular games are incest games... but there is also just as many if not more popular games that does not include it at all.

As for adding incest to game making it worse... I really can't think of a game (which is not incest game from start) that would be better by including incest into it (and I can think of quite a few that would be far worse, this one included).
