is SotV Part 2 PROLOGUE an entirely new game/ Chapter that the old saves dont matter on that version? (cause if so, why was all the content pretty much wiped out at the very end of P1 and cant do much sandbox wise?)

Think of Part 2 as a sequel, in the same way that we used to get games called "Episode 1" that would end on a cliffhanger and then get the next "episode" as a new game a few years later. (Before development costs ballooned to an absurd degree and it was no longer practical to make a sequel in only 1-3 years.) If you didn't play Part 1 to its completion, download that and finish it before moving on to Part 2.
It just reached the end of Part 1 and wrapped up all of the Part 1 content. Now Part 2 is starting, but it's a separate game file that starts where Part 1 ended.
One reason for this is so that you don't have to download all 1.5 gigabytes of Part 1's content every time Part 2 gets an update.

No, the game didnt end. We're about half way there which is one of the reasons I decided to split it into two parts.
There are other factors but I dont wanna go into them right now. In terms of story continuity, Part 2 starts right when Part 1 ended.

Halfway? It felt like we just got out of the prologue. Maybe that's because of how much of it was spent sitting in a jail cell.
Oof, okay, right off the bat the title music is too loud. Especially since it starts right at the loud part instead of building up to anything. I don't feel it's the best fit for the game's tone either (at least for the title theme), but that's a matter of personal opinion.
Come to think of it, there's no straight-up "mute" button at all. Doesn't Ren'py typically have one? I can turn the volume down to zero, but then I'd need to finagle to get the volume back to the previous setting, which is just represented by a bar. You should really bring that bag, especially if the music is going to be this "in your face". It's not the kind of thing you want playing in the background when, say, you've minimized the game to leave notes on this thread.

Having this big dramatic music playing and then just suddenly stop for something much softer whenever Jevan uses his powers, then start back up when he's done, kind of gives some whiplash. Unfortunately, I'm too tired to articulate exactly what the issue is.
So anyway, that scene with Alicia... That is an example of what consensual mind control can/should be used for. Not that it has to be limited to something so small (consensual full brainwashing is even sexier), but that sort of "enhanced roleplaying" is exactly the sort of safe, fun mind-play that people should keep in mind when they think of mind control as an exclusively "dark" fetish. My only issue with the scene is that it was still mostly focused on the generic sex stuff, with only a brief moment of cute scritches. I'd like to see more of her snuggling up in Jevan's lap, or knocking things off the table to get his attention. Maybe if she was left in that state where another scene was going on, or something.

The volume of the main theme will be reduced by about 15-20%. And I will experiment with other features to make the transitions smoother.
As for Alicia - yes, her scenes are quite different from the rest and there will be more of that kitty roleplay in the future.

Pretty good teaser. Especially looking forward to breaking the elf in the dungeon and the elf on her way to the city.
Also generally agree that Alicia is really well implemented consensual mind control. I'm not much for pet play, so I hope there's stuff for her outside of that, but regardless she's a breath of fresh air for sure.

As for Alicia - she will have a lot more scenes and they will be varied, just like in Part 1.
There's about 5 mins of content for part-2 and none of the old characters/scenes from P1 are repeatable. Honestly not worth downloading until it's more developed.

Hello,
The next release is getting closer and should be ready in less than 2 weeks.
Splitting SotV into Part 1 and 2 allows me to work in a more comfortable setting - I don't have to worry as much about the size of the game which means there's more room for optional content for you to enjoy.
What to expect in v0.2?
- 2 repeatable h-scenes for Patricia
- 2 repeatable h-scenes for Sha'El
- 1 story/ero event
- 1 story event
- 1 repeatable h-scene for Faeryl but this one will be added at a later date, probably a week after the initial release
