Yea, DotSD is definitely more porn focused. There is a storyline but it's fairly underdeveloped and it's mostly a pretext for the mind control content. But it's still miles better than: guy finds a hypno app and installs it on his phone > uses it on a girl > instant slut/slave.
Yeah, that's fair. Really, a smartphone that mind controls people seems really dangerous to use to me. What happens if you accidentally look at the screen yourself?

It's a really dumb premise imo. I mean, it's usually some random dork finding it randomly on the internet - I would think thousands if not millions of people would have tried it and basically threw the world into chaos.
Mind control works best when it's something rare and obscure.

Don't give the stories too much credit, often the app has simply magically installed itself on the phone, there isn't even the internet search.
So I was wondering what type of modelling/rendering software is used for this game. Many games use DAZ; but this ofcourse is somethign else and I was curious what it is

I'm quite interested in game development and would like more information on how to create a game like yours.

Get the newest BetterRepack and download main KK + Sideloader mods. Then, KK discord has a ton of useful information and assets: scenes, poses, custom textures, skin overlays, clothing etc.
And, of course, you need to know how to use the CharaStudio and there is quite a lot to learn(there are guides on youtube and discord):
- custom animations using gimmicks(pistons, rotators, joints etc.) or Timeline plugin(for example Zoe's spanking scene was made by me with Timeline)
- Material Editor = very important if you want your scenes and characters to have unique visuals. Experiment with shaders, and see what each of them does. In my game, I use Material Editor a lot: all the glowing stuff(glowing eyes, swords, spells), shining metal surfaces(armor and other metallic props), skin visuals(shaders and various useful sliders to make the skin look better because default KK skin looks like shit).
- how to create custom locations, utilize special effects(dust, smoke, fog and many more)
- utilizing lights/light sources
and so on...
No, the public version releases... three weeks after the Patreon version, I believe? So the next release should be in about two days or so, if I'm not mistaken. The next Patreon version will be released some time after that, whenever it's done.

Since I haven't encountered any bugs myself, nor did I receive any reports, this version is the same as the patron release two weeks ago.

- rebalanced some of the actions to make the progress feel more natural. The current max Power is 38 and there are more ways to reach it(through Xilana's and Faeryl's scenes)

Simply open the file and change the 'Namechange's to your desired name, then drop it into the game folder.

Changelog says there are 4 new scenes with Faryl but I dont see any of them. I got the message after the Wight King fight and Faeryl's dildoing herself scene. But the only scenes she got are Boob Fondle II, Pet play and Kneel II. Which are all the had before. I thought might be a problem with the save. Replayed the whole game up to that point again, still nothing...

What? You just listed 4 new scenes and then said you didn't see any of them. Fondle Boobs II, Kneel II, Pet play and her masturbation scene are all new.
Right so it is Two new scenes and Two New Scene Variants. Though I could have sworn Pet Play was there before.
I'm normally not so much into the mind-control heavy stuff, but this is pretty nice. I like that it's a bit more of a process rather than just instant control.
