In a few words: latest 2 updates were AI CGs only. This update is a remake from zero with AI CGs replacing every old art. Now is 100% AI art.

It's about the BENEFITS they subscribed for.

• $7 Rare Pie tier was to get access to the game - as listed from when Uberpie started the Subscribestar account (last March)
• $12 Epic Pie tier was to get access to the game 7-10 days prior to when Rare Pie would get it - as listed from when Uberpie started the Subscribestar account (last March)
• $20 Legendary Pie tier (and above) was to get access to the game 7-10 days prior to when Rare Pie would get it - as listed from when Uberpie started the Subscribestar account (last March)

Today he changed it to:

• $7 Rare Pie tier only gets access to the old version of the game
• $12 Epic Pie tier only gets access to the old version of the game
• $25 Legendary Pie tier (and above) gets access to Season 1 Redux

People have been subbing at Rare and Epic Pie tiers with the idea they would have access to game up to 7-10 days ahead of time. Even those who subscribed in the past 2 months.

And then today Uberpie changed what he said they were to get.

Also, check your facts before you shove that bullshit in my face. When I am shown I am wrong, I admit it. Just a few examples: 10,050, 74,822, 112, 32, 72,595.

They were talking about access to the update in those pledges , not Redux. Uber was very clear about the rules on who gets the Redux key, pumpkin. You're twisting things again.

On the plus side, at least you actually argue your position instead of just spitting out one-liners like the local haters.

Oh, and while we’re at it-where did you even get the idea that Uber is a narcissist? He’s made it pretty clear that he’s not a native speaker and that communicating with the public is difficult for him. From what I’ve seen, he’s actually quite polite, even if a bit reserved.

The state of the game is probably "it is what it is" if you played it that long ago. There'll be new content (from previous updates) for you, but probably not enough given the amount of time. Uberpie's been using most of that time to remake content that didn't really need to be remade (which is always a controversial decision when you're charging people money to support the project).

TL; DR still a great game, but now with ai jank.
