I have worked in project management - "approximate" is not a promise, not a commitment, not a deadline. A date is a deadline. Even better if there is a time attached.

The next update will be out once it's ready. We take pride in having our word matter, so we won't fully commit to a release date unless we're confident we can make it!

The main issue is the "early March" comment.

Folks were expecting (after a delay) It in first two weeks or so.

I understand your perspective on those words and that "early March" - but it was prefaced with "as soon as possible" and still did not give a date. It is still an estimate and not a definitive answer. A date - i.e. April 8, 2022 (as an example) is a definitive answer and can be used to hold someone accountable. Anything else is a guess, a hope, an estimate, a wish.

End of March. Now the fools are betting on the beginning or middle of April, and a whole bunch of idiots are supporting them in this. Uber said, Uber did. So a couple of updates ago, the dev said that he intends to abandon the release of the so-called "mega" in favor of shorter ones, so as not to delay the release of updates. And where are they??? Almost a year has passed since then You are being fed another super-puper "mega"update. Lol's, because in the case of dev of this game, making any predictions is a thankless task.The game already brings its dev good money. The milking of idiots continues: "Thank you for your understanding and support."

I'm not a game dev tho, so I don't know. I just try to give the benefit of the doubt when I can. I AM a patron tho. so I'd like to see a new update at some point. but yall like to forget how ambitious this game is, and just pile on the hate, thinking it does anything helpful. if you aren't a patron, wtf are you even complaining about?

I would say don't let it bother you although I feel the same. Just that I am not really wanting this thread to become an echo chamber for hyperbolic non-sense. People have the right to complain but some are bandying around so called facts and just don't have any real evidence to back up their salacious claims. Sadly this site is filled with threads that have this problem. It has nothing to do with being a paying supporter if you are and are happy with the way things are why should I be upset? I am not a paying supporter and I am not on Discord I am just a person playing a free game and thus I cant be milked so to speak. I can't be a "white Knight" either I have no contact with the Devs in regards to this game. uber is making 12k usd per month, thats enough to quit your main job and focus on the game alone.

you giving benefit of the doubt is the problem with h-game industry, too many useful idiots just opening their wallets up for greedy and lazy devs

its one of the reasons scams like cloud meadow continue to get funded.

Crazily enough I also don’t remember it but that’s because for someone reason when it released I only played like 20% of it thought I had finished it and then came back to it baffled there was so much I hadn’t done but when I checked the gallery there was pretty much only bj scenes I hadn’t seen so I just didn’t play through the rest so going into this update I might actually be a tad lost.

I'm not going to call you entitled (and there are nearly no pirates on this site: unless you're crackin' the code, you're just a player).
I am going to say that it sounds like you have little to no experience in running a modestly successful business.

It is a three person team that is supported by whatever donations come each month.
There are also fees to patreon, discord, etc.
There are taxes which must be paid (I believe UberPie is in Europe - so you can cut about half off of that)
There are also other expenses - computer upgrades, etc.

Finally, the minimum amount to subscribe to their patreon is $1 USD per month. That's $12 per year - the cost of less than two fast food meals in a year (for those that don't dine at home). Although I am not a patron, that's is not opening up nearly anyone's wallet for any kind of loss - nor is that a greedy amount.

I said "going to include," not "will be."
From what is said in discord - there is a mix. How much of a mix, it has not been shared. However, in this thread we have seen quite a few new characters introduced that will be seen in this update. Their storylines needed integrated into the parts of the game that already exists, as well as whatever is decided to move forward.
