This season 1 redux was interesting, I get that something needed to be put out, but unless they plan to release season 2 redux, real fast this may not have been the best move. Then again if you're trying to draw in new fans this would probably work.
I thought it might cover more but what it covered was decent. The idea though that they'd charge $25 a piece for this is weird, maybe that makes senses for the later seasons where way more happens but for season 1 I'd pay $15 max and even then if I've gotta pay full price for each season after I'm gonna have bad feelings or get it free here. I will though say at least $2 of that is purely for that song during the credits. Send me the link for that song and I'd legit buy it.

Are they using AI for the writing too? It seems to be like 200x needlessly wordier as if there's no visual element there and the player *has* to have a description of the person in front of them typed out.
Also I can't help but notice that like 80% of the "action" scenes have no bespoke drawings created for them or no attempt at making the sprites look like they're doing it. They just type out "I threw a punch" or "I held out my arm and she grabbed it". Just peak laziness combined with ai slop.
Honestly aside from the structure/flow of the plot and the UI, I'd say that the original season 1 was far superior to this redux. I'd genuinely take Uber tracing over hentai to the stiff ass uncanny valley CG he's rely on now.
Also it's still very funny that despite the game only being available on platforms that allow incest porn he still won't put it back in the game because his greedy ass is holding out hope that they'll let him back on Patreon.

To be honest, I liked the Redux version. It removed a lot of jank that made the game feel it was stitched together.
Uberpie should take note that the script still mentions mom, mother, sister a few times. This could have contributed to the Steam ban.
Also, fuck I had forgotten how much of a piece of shit Red is. I mean Clara was willing to spread for him but he had to go into the blackmail angle.

Steam doesn't care about incest, what likely got him popped are the schoolgirl uniforms in conjunction with some of the designs of girls and some minor bits of dialogue and background art.
The big thing Valve doesn't tolerate with porn games is the implication of underage characters and school settings are big indicator of that to them. Hence why Uber bent over backwards to emphasize "university" "professor" and "lectures" in the dialogue, and redesigned the classroom.

I agree with your first point. Don't get me wrong, I still love and prefer the original seasons 1-4, but the story got more sequential in the Redux, probably the best thing in the update.
To your second point, this could easily be solved by making the player choose both names and relationships at the start. A lot of incest games do that to circumvent possible issues.
And to your final point, yes he is, that's pretty much the goal with the game lol. It always comes down to corruption through domination. Whether is Red doing it with the MC in the main route or the MC being wimpy and losing to dominant Darnell in the NTR route. Basically, be an Alpha and win or be a wimp and lose to an Alpha.
Couple questions. Whats the heart collar icon in the bottom right corner of the screen during conversation? Also, whats the quick save button? The save menu says there is a quick save but i cant find it.
