Unity Taffy Tales [S1 v1.0.35 Redux] [UberPie]

I was wondering - do you have scenes from gallery working in version 0.89.8c? I just don't have these scenes working, I suspect it's a bug. I didn't see a solution, but then I came across this screenshot and remembered only now.
Also regarding seasons: I've been digging through the game files and I don't know if you'll believe me, but in the files of version 1.07.3c there is a clear division of seasons:

From what I found in those files, the division would be as follows:
Season 1: scenes of versions 0.5.x, 0.6.x, 0.7.x.
Season 2: scenes of versions 0.8.x, 0.9.x, 0.10.x, 0.11.x.
Season 3: scenes of versions 0.14.x, 0.17.x, 0.22.x.
Season 4: scenes of versions 0.47.x, 0.68.x, 0.89.x.
(Based on gallery version 0.89.8c.)

As for your first question. All that I have done in the past with Taffy Tales assets (v0.89.8 and earlier) was done on my previous computer. Except for part 2 of v1.07.3 to record the speed play in February, I haven't bothered playing it at all. So I have no clue.

I am using AssetStudio to look in the files, and I don't see what you're seeing, but I have no reason to doubt that you've found those breakdowns of assets. I am actually surprised to be shown by someone that they are demarcated.

I find the breakdown of the Seasons that you share to be woefully inadequate (not by you, but by Uberpie) - because Season 4 would be nearly 50% of all the lewd content of Seasons 1-4 if it were broken down in that way. v0.22.x was considered the first "major update" and it did not have the volume of content that either of the next to "major updates" had - v0.47.x and v0.68.x. Hence for my initial guess.

But that is all that we are doing at this time - guessing.

The entire prologue, Clara's corruption, Clara's blackmail, the first scene with Clara in the office (with the ruler), the scenes with Becca in the bathroom (the usual and the panty shopping), the introduction of Sara, Jennifer, Mary in the shower, Tiffany in the shower.

And if Season 1 is only what you present here -that means season 1 would have Clara's rape in the bathroom and classroom as the only lewd content (outside of peeping, for the most part). If I were a player buying a season on Steam - I would feel cheated for lack of lewd content. That is why I guessed up to somewhere in v0.14.3 to v0.17.0 is "Season 1" (the initial corruption of Becca and Clara). Paying players get introduced to most/all of the major women characters, as well as at least teasing most of them - if not getting to some initial stages, as well as getting farther with Becca and Clara. I would think a paying player would feel more satisfied with their purchase by doing so.

That said, I'm not Uberpie and I don't know what the team is considering at adding to the early content to fill it out. I am skeptical of any scenes like the ones you mention with Becca and Mary being in Season 1. But again... I'm not Uberpie.

It's a scene from version 0.68.x. Now I'm hesitating.
As far as I remember, this scene doesn't depend at all on previous content: it's just a urine fetish scene. Maybe Uber decided to just add it to season 1.

Connecting dots, yes and no. They are working on a "season 1" release for Steam, so even if they dont finsih those things, they will have to presumably remove them.

Also, its only season 1 and they are on like 5 or 6 now... so expect very little content on the Steam release and then charging for each season like DLC. Ive seen this model enough to smell the bullshit nickle-and-diming already.

Thats what my gut tells me.

We missed posting an update last time because we were busy setting up our Steam page, which we submitted for review last week. It turns out it’s a bit more involved than we expected!
We’re currently making adjustments based on Steam's feedback, fine-tuning the layout and content. Besides the usual screenshots, videos, descriptions, and GIFs, they also require around 20 different images for various sections (like the library, news, store, community, etc.), each with specific guidelines. We’re working hard to get everything right today, and we hope to have our Steam page live soon - though initially without a price tag, just marked as "coming soon."
Yes, we know it’s best to have a Steam page up well before launch so people can add the game to their wishlists, but we’re moving forward with what we have. Yes, as usual, things didn’t go quite as smoothly as planned, and I even had to make the trailer myself. However, I'm glad to report that the trailer is now at 60 FPS, formatted for Steam’s format, and looking solid.
We’re really happy with the final look of our Steam page and hope you’ll enjoy it too when you see it.
Meanwhile, production is still in full swing. We’re running ongoing debug cycles, fixing occasional issues with Spine 2D, character animations, art, and more. We’re also still polishing a few things. For example, many visual novels include a character bio section at the bottom, but with over 40 characters, we felt it wasn’t the best fit for us. The team’s hard at work, and things are progressing well!

P.S. We’ve tried to address the w̶h̶e̶r̶e̶ ̶i̶s̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶f̶*̶c̶k̶i̶n̶g̶ ruler problem so new players won’t struggle with it. We admit it was a challenge, but we’ve learned a lot from the process!
