Seasons 1-4 (v0.89.8c) are and remain my favorite, because it's not just NTR (I'm not a big fan, but I think Darnell & Mary was kind of funny, for example), there's also an incest scene, and especially Danny and the other bitch!

But they should have continued the remake into Season 6, and I don't know what the problem is? But he (UberPie) has Peach now and has to see it through, and there's no turning back!

Progress Update: DLsite & 1200 pages of plot
Hey again, friends! Time for another thrilling update on our work (because who doesn't love detailed reports?). First off, we’ve got some visuals from our DLsite page setup. We liked how they turned out, so naturally, we're making you stare at them too:

Now, moving on to our progress with the plot (script) :
  1. We finally launched our DLsite page (currently under review)! Preemptively censored all the CG, characters, and animations ourselves - fun times. The page creation process was unexpectedly quirky and somewhat chaotic, but we've navigated through our first wave of general feedback to fix (mostly rules we technically already knew - thanks, DLsite ). Fingers crossed for more specific feedback soon. Waiting, hoping, and furiously clicking refresh.
  2. The entire Gerda and Priscilla storyline is finished - completely rewritten, heavily expanded, and now officially juicier than ever.
  3. Clara’s storyline got an equally generous upgrade, ballooning by an number of pages. Probably gonna hit pause on her route for now, just so we don't traumatize the poor cleaning lady more than necessary.
  4. Sara’s route is also nearing completion, thoroughly revamped and expanded for your enjoyment.
  5. Currently knee-deep in Jessica and Becca’s routes, evaluating what needs tweaking or expansion.

In total, we've already hit the 1200+ page mark for script content alone, meaning most of our recent progress has been all about the writing. Yes, caffeine overdoses are imminent.
In short, we've got the major chunk of Season Two's plot finalized and approved. Soon I'll switch gears to art mode, where I'll inevitably disappear for months trying to outdo myself and improve the overall quality. By the way, all of old art is absolutely beyond saving, so it'll be faster - and less soul-crushing - to redraw everything from scratch ( just like I did for Season 1 Redux). Clara and Becca from previous updates already illustrate the point, not to mention the significant storyline changes for Gerda.
Oh, and thanks again for all your awesome reactions to the physics from our last Season One update - I’m glad our dedication to realism (or something like it) paid off!
Quick note on the NTR route: It can only start alongside Mary’s non-NTR route since they're deeply intertwined, and Mary is central to our story. That means a mountain of work lies ahead. We're carefully weighing when and how to incorporate this storyline into future seasons. We kicked things off vanilla-style in Season One, and now we're dialing up the stakes (and kinks) for Season Two. I'm especially eager to finally deliver the controversial, optional NTR path everyone's been passionately debating. It all comes down to our team's capacity, friends - bear with us!

Other stores are still carefully reviewing our game, and their responses have been rather slow. Nevertheless, we’re patiently waiting for their feedback.
Once again, huge thanks to everyone for your continued support - you all rock!

My Note: The NTR fans are finally going to get what they wanted!

we all tought AI is going to help the development, well guess what "months" just doing the art, its a miracle if they gonna release it this summer.
I never thought AI would speed up development and said so many many many many many times in the thread when the idea was brought up...

So, "I told you so."

Also, Uberpie still won't admit publicly that he is using AI:
I'll inevitably disappear for months trying to outdo myself and improve the overall quality. By the way, all of old art is absolutely beyond saving, so it'll be faster - and less soul-crushing - to redraw everything from scratch
Anyway. It was never going to be summer for a Season 2 Redux release.

Season 1 Redux took 10 months from announcement to release.
They have been still fucking around with bug fix releases and "physics" releases since then. As well as making a DLSite page and censoring CG to sell Season 1 Redux there.

Season 2 Redux development announcement happened a month ago.

To repeat, it was never going to be a summer 2025 release. At least, not summer for the northern hemisphere.

Could this be updated to version 1.35 of the S1 REDUX, if it isn't already? I believe that's the most recent version.

Several have asked. No one has shared their $25 purchase.

It's mostly some bugfixes and the "physics" during dialogue scenes - otherwise its the same version in OP. Save early, save often and enjoy.

Redrawing all again ... Bro is Dark Cookie
Dark Cookie is redrawing.
Uberpie is feeding his previous art into an AI as models and having it generate new images.

Dark Cookie still owns his IP and can enforce copyright protection.
Uberpie is throwing his ownership into the trash. Any images in "Season 5" and "Season 1 Redux" are not protected.

Do with that what you will.

Oh look, the local proud pumpkin is at it again - confidently handing out advice straight from another galaxy. Don’t listen unless you’re aiming to fall flat on your face.
Oh, and by the way, yes, there are cheats from the project, and all his “brilliant bug tips” are for an outdated version of the game. Total vintage nonsense. As always lol.

"If AI is used as part of the image creation process -for example, if the AI generates a base and then it's redrawn by hand — can the final image still be protected under copyright as the creator's original work?"

Short answer:
If a person adds a meaningful creative contribution to an AI-generated image, then yes - the final artwork can be protected under copyright as the author’s original work.

More details:

What is not protected:
  • Fully AI-generated images with no human input.
  • Simple edits like color changes, cropping, or filters — those aren't enough to claim copyright.
What can be protected:

If you take an AI-generated image and redraw it, add original elements, modify the composition, or make creative decisions, that’s considered human authorship.
In this case, you own the rights to the final image, and it can be protected by copyright law.

Example:
  1. AI creates a rough concept of a character.
  2. You take that concept and completely redraw it, add facial expressions, outfit details, background, and adjust the art style.
  3. The result is now your original creation, and you're the legal author.
Copyright laws (depending on the country):

  • Most countries (like the US, UK, and EU) require a human creative effort for copyright.
  • Using AI as a tool is fine - as long as the final result reflects your personal artistic input, you can still claim copyright.

The fact that Uber’s just using AI as a tool is obvious to anyone who’s ever even touched AI in their art workflow - except maybe some completely out-of-touch old-school boomers (no offense, Pumpkin ).

Also, let’s not forget the classic ongoing debate in the art community about fan art - like, does an artwork still belong to the artist if it’s based on someone else’s IP?
As far as I understand it, the answer goes something like this:
Legally, the fan art is still based on someone else’s IP, so the original creator owns the rights. However, the artist owns the specific expression (the drawing itself), but use is limited without permission.

In other words: don’t take Pumpkin’s bad advice too seriously. Big hugs
