It's just bug fixes and minor changes. If you played any version of Season 1 Redux, you've played the only content that is available for Season 1 Redux. There will be no new content added to it. Additional revised and new content will be in subsequent "Seasons" (Season 2 Redux, Season 3 Redux, etc).
Trying to work out which download I should get? Episode 1-4, 5 or 1 redux. Is 1 redux a portion of 1-4 and to get the whole game, 1-4 & 5 are needed. Or just get 1 redux?

To put it simply s1 redux is a finished product and nothing will change in it(except bug fixes). S1-4 and 5 are(were) in-development versions.
So for more story that might change latter in the finished version play s1-4, s5, otherwise redux.
That sucks, I was hoping for Jessica's content to be updated by now.
Help, im stuck in this quest season 5 (ntr route) i already talk to becca but the quest doesnt progress and i already to play again from new game and its the same, the quest doesnt progress too. is this a bug? Im playing on android. Anyone can help?

no clue.
USUALLY you have Peter talk to Becca at the school. It's closed on Sundays.
A general rule is if you can't progress even if you think you did the activity - have the character sleep to the next day.

This appears to be incorrect, the REDUX is just EP1 of the 1-4 Episodes and end very quickly.
That being said, I get it locking up (app frozen) when I try and take the stage for Comic-Con judging in the 1-4. Is this a known thing or a workaround?

They were correct. It's called SEASON 1 Redux. And it is the finished product for SEASON 1 - which is what they said. You're the one who made the confused assumption that something called Season 1 contains Seasons 1-4 and Season 5.
No, that is not a known bug, nor is there a workaround. I don't think I have read it happening to anyone before you. Save at the latest time you can just before it locks up the next time and try to brute force through it by reloading the save until it works.
I did ask if it was a portion of 1-4, not if it was a 'complete' product of just 1. Which it's a portion of 1-4.
Darn, I've done this. Saved just before and tried to load and start again and it locked up again. I guess I'll try again, thanks.

And that links to the currently subscriber-only post that is available to people who are even "FREE" subscribers to his Subscribestar. I don't have a Subscribestar account - so I don't have access. But I would assume it says what we can assume ---- in v1.0.45, they have locked-out/removed Clara's bathroom scenes and other content they think might be in violation of itch's rules and then released an official patch to download elsewhere to restore the content.
And that's why you don't see an android port anymore - because they probably don't have a clue how to patch android.
Either way, It might get him around itch's rules. It might not. But the images Uberpie uses on itch to promote the game still have the images of the content they would have locked-out/removed - so, we'll wait and see.
