What previous save? For Season 1 Redux? You don't. There is no new content if you already played season 1 redux.

Honestly there is a higher chance there will be another remake at some point than genuinely have some progress on the game/ storyline.
Bet they will say some really niche reason like they are upgrading the unity engine and need remake, and voila another revision from the very beginning, again.
