Wow, will you stop with the emotional and dismissive arguments?
You aren't addressing the core issue. While transparency about the timeline and Subscribestar is noted, it doesn’t justify delaying a ready update. Saying supporters 'knew the risks' shifts responsibility without holding the developer accountable for respecting their trust. The history is clear, but the real question remains—why delay unnecessarily?
I am addressing directly. You are the one being emotional by claiming you being slighted when you supposedly subscribed. You are the one being emotional by demanding something now that was/is planned for release on 28 Jan. You are the one being emotional for asking us to think of the subscribers.
You.
The planned date was 28 January. Give the team until the date that was plainly stated for nearly month.
I'm aware of Uberpie's poor estimation skills and terrible at keeping deadlines. Hell, I have dozens of posts reminding people of that in this thread.
So, again, should (if/when) he misses the 28 Jan planned release date... That's when people should start asking questions.
If you seriously want to keep him at his word... His word has been for nearly a month 28 Jan.
