People - before you start believing it ... Uberpie has repeatedly pledged this (I won't say promised) in the past and has rarely ever accomplished it.
Well, at least he's admitting reality and actually talking about a basic time frame to release the game. I'll call that progress, but nothing really surprising. And following this game for as long as I have I can confidently say: There's no way the seasons will get shorter and even if they did, it would not affect the release schedule one bit.
Qouted in an answer on previous page, but quoted ---- again ---- here:is season 5 v1.07.3c the definitive version of the game? i played redux only to find out how unfulfilling & short it was.
Great question. It all depends upon what you want to do.
Do you want to play a version with a lot of content? Go play v0.89.8 "Seasons 1-4" and then v1.07.3 "Season 5" <-- these are both the "in development" versions, not "finished" retail.
If you strictly want a netorare playthrough, play the short completely optional and separate netorare route in v1.07.3 "Season 5" <-- this is the "in development" version, not "finished" retail.
Do you want to see 4k images and video with some additional content added of the first 20% or so of the game, all of it in AI generated art? Play Season 1 Redux. <-- this is the "finished" retail version, nothing more will be added to it. Further Season Redux versions will be separate downloads in the future.
Because of itch's rules, Redux has content Uberpie thinks could get it banned on itch.io. As such. That content is removed and is unpatched. If you want that content, Uberpie offers a free official patch to restore it. Download the official patch and install it within the Redux. See instructions in the installation spoiler.
You're reading too much into it."So we have gathered our last strength to try one more time" Maybe I'm reading into the wording here too much but to me this sounds like if they don't get accepted by Steam the project is ending.
How about you release just what you have and skip the ntr path until january? Rookie mistake at its finest.
Because it's a lie he has used previously? Nothing is a mistake. How about you release just what you have and skip the ntr path until january? Rookie mistake at its finest.
When I click on this thread i see 10 months since the previous update. Now its going to be one year.
The time is flying and taking a dump on your fanbase just before Christmas, is a major red flag.
It will use AI.is the next update another ai remake or are past that
That's not how development works. How about you release just what you have and skip the ntr path until january? Rookie mistake at its finest.

Okay, you're skipping. See you in 2027.If he doesn't release the update before Christmas, I'm skipping it altogether.
If the Steam release goes ahead without the previous issues, we will try to make future seasons shorter. We got buried in content and details again, but this is our second attempt to enter the market. I've written before about how unlucky we were previously (not trying to be a drama queen, but many projects cross "red lines" ten times worse than we did and are fine), so we have gathered our last strength to try our luck one more time.
If only some brave, handsome man with an affinity for birds warned them that trying to retrofit and shoehorn their whole game to comply with a TOS they were, (and still are), widely out of the margins of being *acceptable* for, was indeed a bad idea and would require a colossal amount of time to even attempt to correct with no guarantee of success. Finally,
This is Uberpie's livelihood and it brings in bank. The project won't end if Season 2 Redux is not accepted on Steam.
Huh. Just as suspected in this thread more than a year ago. Who'd a-thunk it.If only some brave, handsome man with an affinity for birds warned them that trying to retrofit and shoehorn their whole game to comply with a TOS they were, (and still are), widely out of the margins of being *acceptable* for, was indeed a bad idea and would require a colossal amount of time to even attempt to correct with no guarantee of success.

All well, given they still don't *get* it - They've just never got a grasp on what the actual rules are between the sites, and still think slap dashing COLLEGE or UNIVERSITY everywhere is going to somehow fool steam staff (because it worked so well the first time), I predict similar results will probably follow.
Anyway, I'm done with this thread once more. Time to slink away - got my own updates to deal with and all that~
Read the INSTALLATION spoiler in the first post of the thread.Hey, apologies this may have been asked before but I downloaded the unpatched version and it usually skips a lot of content stating ''following route is inaccessible due to platform'' somewhere along those lines, so how do I fix that? With patch files? I have downloaded the patch files but idk how to apply it. A little help over this issue would be appreciated![]()
Thanks! You're a real help in this threadRead the INSTALLATION spoiler in the first post of the thread.
Well, they have won anyway, they can keep their game alive for more years by losing all the time in a pointless endeavorIf only some brave, handsome man with an affinity for birds warned them that trying to retrofit and shoehorn their whole game to comply with a TOS they were, (and still are), widely out of the margins of being *acceptable* for, was indeed a bad idea and would require a colossal amount of time to even attempt to correct with no guarantee of success.
