Because of their inability to have save compatibility, that's why - except for 2 or 3 (v0.82.4/v0.85.1 and like one or two way back in the single digit versions) of the dozen or so previous releases, they've had a preloaded save for players to start at new content... when there was old content that was applicable.Knowing Uberpie, we have to start the game over from the beginning anyway since there hasn't been a save compatibility ever...
That said, seeing as the next update is strictly a part of the first segment of Taffy Tales which they are now calling "Season 1" as a submission to see if they can get it listed on Steam... yes, yes, players will have to start at day one from the beginning -- even with any "new content" they may be adding using AI images.

Exactly, Uberpie got massive support after getting kicked from Patreon, and should had atleast delivered something to show to his new & old Subscribestar supporters .My note: Expect the release date to come in 2025

If I understand everything correctly - in the remake of the game and will be incest (it seems Steam does not prohibit such a thing, the main thing - so that there was no school setting). It's interesting about season 5, maybe when its update comes out - Uber will also "embed incest patch"

I think you misunderstood. Nothing Uberpie has stated has indicated such a thing, unless you have some message that many of us haven't seen.

I believe they're referring to IRL content featuring those actual acts, or deepfake content simulating them with real people.
This is all under this section of the guidelines.
It's mostly dialing in on real content promoting these acts, rather than a fictional portrayal.

It's also important to notice how things are worded in the TOS.
"We may, but have NO OBLIGATION, to monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion"
Considering how a lot of their top earners on the Adult platform are mostly centered around incest themed games and art, (skuddbutt, breadman, Milda, etc) it's safe to assume that they won't be banning this form of content unless laws and policies require them to. One of their main slogans on the front page is literally this.
SS openly embraces NSFW content, while Patreon only tolerates it because NSFW creators happen to make up a large portion of their revenue. SS is easily the most trustworthy crowdfunding adult site right now.

You are correct on one count - I did pull from the general and not the adult TOS... However, if you had continued reading the adult TOS Prohibited content section, you will see it points directly to the same link I also had in my post that you responded to:
You "believe" they only mean "real life" content. It doesn't say that it is real life content - it leaves it open (and on purpose, to give them wiggle room should they have anyone come after them). Are you willing to place your belief on the line for the developers to take on your word?
As for the "top earners on the Adult platform are mostly centered around incest themed games and art" - remember that the same was for Patreon until the credit card companies made an ultimatum. At that time the number one adult game, as well as others, including "Family Tails" (what Taffy Tails was first named) had to remove certain content or find their accounts removed from Patreon. And also remember that there is no one too big to be removed by sites... Taffy Tales was a top 20 (closer to top 11) this past spring with Patreon pulled the plug on Uberpie. So "top earners" don't mean jack if the entire platform's earnings are threatened if they don't bring creators in line.
Because when Subscribestar gets a little bigger and the credit card companies clamp down on them just like they did with Paypal, Patreon, Stripe, Boosty, etc... and developers then find themselves with suspensions until bringing their content within line or face revocation.
The point is - no site is "friendly" to some of the content that is hosted on its platform. It will take it's percentage of the subscriptions for as long as it can until it is told it needs to clean up or lose out on all earnings. Developers should remember that. So should subscribers.

There's also a huge difference between SS(Adult) and the other sites though.
Patreon, Boosty, and Stripe were never made for NSFW content creators, they were made to give general online creators a way to be supported directly by their followers. Patreon got extremely strict against porn back in 2018-2020 due to IRL illegal content being posted there, and ever since they've been getting more and more strict about what content they allow there. Stripe on the other hand has NEVER openly allowed porn on the platform, people would host their content on other sites, then use stripe as a means to receive payment via tips and subscriptions, stripe caught wind of this and essentially started to crackdown on users creating NSFW and receiving payments through the website. Boosty is a Russian platform, production and distribution of porn is literally ILLEGAL there, while consuming it is legal.
I never said the devs HAD to do anything, I just proposed what I'd like to see in future updates. The game still has incestuous, and abusive themes all throughout it, so if SS does change policy and crackdown, it's in the same boat regardless.
MY point is that I'm just tryna see my goddam incest cartoon porn, and these devs wanna MAKE that porn, and as of right now SS allows that porn. SO LET ME FREAK!

I wonder why they’ve stuck to unity aswell. With the remake excuse they have and how many corners UberPie likes to cut, don’t get why they wouldn’t switch over to an engine that isn’t taking a cut. I bet they could even get the game working in Godot.
